Deonne, we appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we’d like to provide clarity for future couples reading this review. The additional charge referenced was not unexpected, it was for a last-minute staff change that you specifically requested when you asked for “a DJ of color” to replace your originally assigned DJ. While we worked quickly to accommodate that request just days before your wedding, it did require additional coordination and cost, which is covered under our service agreement. In addition, your planning forms were not submitted within the contracted deadlines, which limited our ability to fully customize your music selections. Despite this, our DJ followed your notes and ensured the event ran smoothly, as you acknowledged. Lastly, the concern regarding lighting was addressed after the event. Photos and video from your wedding clearly show the lighting setup in place and functioning. When you later demanded a refund and disputed payment for services that were rendered in full, we informed you that our legal counsel would be issuing a formal cease and desist regarding defamatory statements. We value every client and take pride in delivering professional, high-quality entertainment for our couples. We wish you both the best moving forward.
