The property spans 13 acres and features mature trees, manicured lawns, and paver patios and walkways. You exchange your vows under the 500-year-old oak tree, providing a whimsical backdrop for your special day. Cocktail Hour takes place in an open courtyard with a large fountain. Receptions are celebrated on another outdoor patio under a canopy of oak trees and string lights.

The team’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were evident from day one, and it was their support that made our experience truly exceptional. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail was extraordinary, and it was the little things that made the day run so smoothly. From the ceremony to the reception, every moment was executed perfectly. Our guests continue to rave about how much they loved our venue and our wedding! A special shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Kendra. Kendra guided us through every event of the day with such grace and always seemed to know exactly what we needed, even before we did! As a bride, the emotional rollercoaster was real, but Kendra kept me grounded and helped me enjoy every moment to the fullest.     We LOVE the team at Circle Oak Ranch! The property itself is beyond impressive and kept in top notch condition. In the last 10 years we have delivered rentals to thousands of weddings all over Southern California. I can confidently say that Circle Oak Ranch has the most detailed team we have ever experienced. They provide top notch service not only to their couples but also their vendors. They are extremely detail oriented and that leads to a good experience for the vendors and a great wedding for the couples. They truly take the time to get to know the couple as well as the vendors that come to their property. They are very fast and efficient when responding to emails and calls. It's nice to deal with a venue that takes pride not only in their relationships with the couples, but also with their vendors. It truly does make the overall experience for the couples that much better. We HIGHLY recommend Circle Oak Ranch!!
