Destination style venue with island-like gardens

Arbor Terrace is a secluded tropical paradise surrounded by serpentine gardens, towering palms and massive waterfalls all throughout. Take your guests through a hidden oasis of paradise! Your reception will be held inside a tented pavilion with a white, satin draped ceiling, completed with an elevated stage with a mini waterfall and a cozy fireplace. It's the perfect blend of an indoor and outdoor setting. It's a destination wedding without the "destination"!

Modern Victorian Mansion styled with a hint of romantic charm!

Invite your guests for an evening of whimsical charm and endless strolls through our vibrant gardens. The Beverly Mansion has two ceremony sites to choose from with an elevated reception space overlooking our iconic hearth-shaped lake. The Mansion is draped in crystal chandeliers with glass panel doors opening to a Veranda patio, setting the room for a romantic evening of dinner and a view! It's classic beauty will have you and your guests dreaming the night away.

Perfect Venue for the Perfect Day
We had our wedding at Grand Tradition Estates and I’m still convinced we accidentally hacked the wedding matrix and ended up with the perfect day. My wife booked it sight unseen just to lock in the date (which made my eye twitch a bit), but once we stepped foot onto the Arbor Terrace, we knew we hit the jackpot. It’s basically a tropical garden paradise with a waterfall that makes every photo look like it belongs in a fancy bridal magazine. A huge shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Jasmine Ross, absolute rockstar! She kept everything running smoother than my dance moves after three cocktails (which is saying something). Also, there was a young assistant who trailed my wife around like a bridal ninja, making sure her dress was fluffed, pinned, and picture-perfect at all times, we didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a medal for dress-wrangling alone. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning venue, the perfectly timed ceremony, and how stress-free everything felt, all thanks to the dream team at Grand Tradition. If you’re on the fence about booking here, just do it. Best spontaneous decision we ever made, besides saying “I do.” Would rate it 6 stars if I could!

Arbor Terrace
The Grand Tradition Estate & Gardens was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first inquired, their communication was fast and professional. The venue itself was absolutely stunning - the gardens were beautifully manicured and the indoor spaces were spacious and elegantly decorated. Lisa, our coordinator, was amazing and so kind throughout the entire planning process. We were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail on our wedding day. Everything was seamlessly executed, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy ourselves. We could not have asked for a more gorgeous setting for our special day. Highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a breathtaking, well-managed wedding location.

Book your tour !!!
Booked a tour with Scott white and the whole experience was amazing. You have to see this place in person ! I have toured many venues but this property is STUNNING! I knew I wanted to book after this touring and the hardest decision was deciding which side to pick. Scott was very helpful throughout the entire tour, had wonderful suggestions and answered all of our questions. He helped me to envision my dream wedding and I couldn’t imagine having it anywhere else. I’m so looking forward to my wedding next year. Thank you so much Scott !

Excellent Wedding Venue!
The wedding was great and as a wedding planner, I enjoyed working with this team. From the start, they care for the client with respect and class. Especially loved working with Scott. He has the best personality and is so fun! We did have a staff change which somewhat caused a communication issue, but they quickly bounced back and made sure everything was correct and updated. As a wedding planner, I would certainly do another wedding here! The staff, food and facility are top notch!

The PERFECT Day!
Me and my husband recently got married here at the Beverly Mansion. It was truly the perfect day! VENUE: Of course, Grand Tradition is absolutely beautiful (it is what we were initially drawn to). Their landscape is always luscious and VERY well-kept. Gorgeous bright green lawns and colorful flowers. You hardly even need any ceremony décor. This venue is pretty enough on its own. COORDINATION: We had a coordinator swap midway through planning, and ended up with Lisa. She was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the whole entire process such a breeze and easily answered any questions/concerns we had. Lisa was professional, organized and extremely friendly. We loved getting to work with her. She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. Everything was truly delicious! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a fairytale, stress-free and perfect wedding, this is the place to go!
