VENUE 808 is a one-of-a-kind event space, originally the historic 1933 TR Produce warehouse located in San Diego's Gaslamp District. The expansive venue features a built-in bar, sunken cocktail lounge, underground speakeasy, multiple furnished lofts, a vintage farmhouse, and a grove of olive trees! Included are tables and chairs for 140 guests, with a maximum seated capacity of 300. This specific venue offers fantastic food and beverage options exclusively through Coastal Cuisine & Cocktail Co.

We couldn’t have asked for a more magical place to celebrate our special day. The planning team was a dream to work with—organized, responsive, and full of great ideas. Everyone is so attentive and helpful; every change you make, you get an updated BEO which isn't always the case. The food tasting was incredible...plus, we were able to have two since we weren't 100% sure what we wanted to select after the first tasting! From the moment we arrived on our wedding day, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and effortlessly romantic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right—super attentive, incredibly kind, and genuinely invested in making our wedding unforgettable. The venue itself is breathtaking—the trees, the décor, the entire atmosphere is incredible. The lighting inside was perfection; it created such a stunning backdrop for photos and we’ll treasure those memories forever. If you’re looking for a venue that brings elegance, warmth, and top-notch service, this is it. It was more than a location—it was an experience we’ll cherish forever!

I want to thank the staff and owner of Venue808. My husband and I recently had our wedding at this venue and first the place is amazing, it truly is a hidden gem. The location is perfect for a downtown wedding, or event. The owner was extremely helpful, above and beyond. The staff was professional and I could not have asked for more. I and my husband would highly recommend Venue808 for anyone hosting an event or party or wedding.
