The Dainty Daydream
I highly recommend The Dainty Daydream for planning and coordinating a welcome party. From the very beginning, they were organized, creative, and incredibly easy to work with. They paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything came together beautifully. The party was warm, welcoming, and perfectly planned. Emily took the stress out of the entire process and allowed everyone to simply enjoy the celebration. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to bring ideas to life made such a difference. If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, thoughtful, and talented at creating a memorable event, I would highly recommend The Dainty Daydream. June 2026 Rancho Santa Fe Wedding!
Working with Emily was such a relief from the beginning - I actually changed directions from my original wedding planner about 4 months in, and Emily was happy to jump in and take care of the rest. The entire planning process can be stressful, but Emily delivered exactly what we envisioned on our wedding day. The table scapes were stunning with candles and fruits arranged perfectly, and the timeline fit everything in so well. What impressed us most was how smoothly everything ran—guests kept telling us how seamless the whole event felt, and we could tell so much labor and care went into every detail, even though we didn't see all the behind-the-scenes work. From the moment we said our vows to the end of the night, everything was incredible and genuinely fun. I'm so happy with how our wedding turned out.

Amazing wedding coordinator
Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication style was extremely effective and she was super responsive throughout the entire planning process. When my original wedding coordinator had to step back due to having her baby, Emily stepped in and was a true lifesaver. She was hard-working, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Emily made sure my husband and I had time alone together and kept everything running smoothly and on track. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to have the most magical and memorable wedding day. I cannot recommend Emily enough to everyone!!!

Emily is the the best!!
The Dainty Daydream was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first meeting, their communication was prompt, kind, and thoughtful - they clearly cared about making our day as special as possible. The planner, Emily, was so quick and knew exactly what she was doing, talking to all our vendors about the small details we would've forgotten. She helped us set up the tables, kept us on schedule, and even helped me change dresses. Emily also made sure to keep us a plate of appetizers we could eat after taking photos while everyone else was at cocktail hour, which was a lifesaver. Her attention to detail and commitment to making our wedding day perfect was truly unmatched. We are so grateful for the Dainty Daydream team and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their big day!!!!

Our Dream Wedding Came to Life
Hiring Emily was the best decision we made. From our first call Emily brought a level of creativity and calmness that we didn’t even know we needed. Emily was there every step of the way helping explain every wild idea to our vendors that brought the magic to our wedding. From driving and picking up our flowers (4 hour round trip) on the day of our wedding to setting everything up and being a constant source of calm during the hectic day. She deeply cares about her clients and handled everything with grace and professionalism. She continued to check in with us to make sure we were present and soaking in the day. Our guests are still raving about how seamless and beautiful everything was. If you on the fence about hiring a planner - do it. If you are looking for the one to trust with you big day - stop looking. You’ve found them. Thank you Emily! We will be forever singing your praises.
