    Absolutely amazing and beautiful work!

    Joey worked with us to create our event design and florals for our wedding! She was beyond helpful in communicating with us to establish exactly what we wanted, and her results really spoke wonders of how much she cares for her couples. Her work was beautiful and stunning and such a memorable part of our day!

    Joey was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment she stepped in, everything felt organized, calm, and completely under control.     Labor of Love

    Joey is an absolutely beautiful soul to work with. She has the best ideas and helps you stay within your budget and within reason. We had SO much fun getting creative on a dark and moody wedding. She has excellent communication for all the planning process, it felt so good to have someone care about my wedding planning as much if not more than I did. Her expertise shines through in the lead up to the wedding. On my wedding day I didn't have to worry about a SINGLE vendor and I had QUITE a few doing a full build out wedding. All of our guests gushed over the little details and none of it would have come to fruition without the labor of her love. She is an absolute gem and I would recommend her to EVERY bride.

    Exaclty what we were looking for!

    Working with Joey was such a wonderful experience. I wanted a one-stop shop that could take care of the floral, decor, and setup, and she handled all of it flawlessly. She communicated when needed, provided beautiful mock designs, and guided me through every detail with such care and creativity. We were also trying to stay within a budget, and she helped me find more cost-effective floral options that still looked incredibly romantic and exactly how I imagined. Her inventory had so many pieces to choose from, and she even brought extra decor for my gift table that I didn’t even know I needed — but they completed the look perfectly. She decorated our church so beautifully and then transported everything over to the venue to repurpose the arrangements, which worked out seamlessly. Even with the heat that day, she made sure my florals stayed fresh and gorgeous the entire time. Everyone complimented the arrangements and the whimsical theme we were able to create. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and looked perfect.

Yes!! We’ve pretty much planned them all by now. From bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, quinceaneras, anniversaries and other milestones, we love to design and celebrate all occasions. Please inquire for specifics related to your event.
I have an amazing team of 2 -4 assistants that I have worked with closely the last several years. As a boutique business, I pride myself on being the primary connection from your first inquiry to our final farewell, which means you will always get ME :) I delight in working closely with my couples and pouring extra thoughtfulness & heart into every wedding.
I've been planning, designing, & managing events for over 16 years. I've covered everything from large scale school events, parties, bridal + baby showers, quinceaneras, and weddings. My largest wedding guest count was 400 people! This extensive experience allows me to bring an elevated level of thoughtfullness, strategy, and care to each client. As an in house design business with creative and building skills, I can bring any vision to life in a way that is not just beautiful, but uniquely yours.
Hours vary from each service provided. You can expect amazing communication and quality with every service I provide!
I encourage booking as early as possible to secure your date and allow for ample preparation time, especially when it comes to full service planning and design. Typically no later than 9-12 months is ideal. As design is one of my specialty services that books fast, the earlier the better! I’m always sad when I have to turn people away! Don’t save your coordinator until the last minute either. Their role is KEY on wedding day. I highly recommend 4-6 months out.

With built in vendor connections, creative design skills, & logistic superpowers, you can truly ditch the overwhelm and actually enjoy the process.
So glad you asked! Both are essential and provide very different roles. A venue coordinator’s primary focus is on the venue, making sure the venue, its amenities + staff are running efficiently the day of. The wedding coordinator's primary focus is YOU. We manage all of your vendors, set up & tear down, as well as managing the flow and timeline of your day. We are also your biggest advocate, overseeing any decisions that align with your wishes. Both of these roles are vital and work in tandem to provide you with a stress free & flawless wedding day.
Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our business. As a one stop business that provides major services, we allocate significant time and energy to every couple we are blessed to work with. Upon booking we require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date and reserve us exclusively for your event.
