With 16+ years of planning and design background and nearly 500 celebrations, my experience spans from Temecula wineries and refined venues to private estates, blank-slate spaces, backyard celebrations, and everything in between. As both a planner and designer, I bring an elevated + creative skill set that includes florals, custom builds, and hands-on craftsmanship—so we can create, not just curate. Together, we'll refine your plans, guide the details, and keep everything moving forward with confidence—so you can stay involved in the parts you enjoy while knowing an experienced partner has your back.

    Like Mrs Doubtfire - Help is on the way, dear!

    One of the best decisions I made was hiring Joey as my day of coordinator. I am the Type A bride, had my excel sheets and checklists and thought I could handle it all. What I didn’t consider was all of the small details that needed time and attention. The moment Joey took over I felt relief, like Mrs. Doubtfire was on her way to save me lol. She asked all the questions I hadn’t thought of, coordinated the vendors and helped me tie everything together. On the day of our wedding she supported us throughout. Joey was wonderful to work with and we will be forever grateful!

    I cannot recommend Joey enough! From our very first phone call, I could tell how genuine she was and how much she truly loves what she does. I instantly felt a connection with her, and after that conversation, I knew she was the perfect person to bring my wedding vision to life. I hired Joey as my coordinator, florist, and designer (yes, she can do it all!) and she exceeded every expectation. From the day I booked her until my wedding day, she was incredibly communicative and was always just a text or email away. As a Type A bride who wanted every detail planned well in advance, having someone so organized, responsive, and reassuring meant everything to me! Whenever I started to feel stressed, she was always there to calm my nerves and remind me that everything would come together and it absolutely did! We had multiple meetings, including several in person, where she took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned. She created the most beautiful florals and designs that perfectly captured everything I’ve dreamed of! Every detail felt so intentional, and walking into my venue for the first time was a moment I’ll never forget. Joey truly does it all, and she does it all exceptionally well. On my wedding day, I didn’t have a single worry because I knew she had everything under control.     Best wedding coordinator

    We had Joey as our day-of wedding coordinator, and we really recommend her! She is very detail-oriented and thought of things we did not consider. She made sure every part of the day ran smoothly, and was also very accommodating throughout the process. On our wedding day, Joey brought such a calm and reassuring presence, which let us relax and enjoy every moment instead of worrying about the logistics. We could not have had our dream wedding without her!

Yes!! We’ve pretty much planned them all by now. From bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, quinceaneras, anniversaries and other milestones, we love to design and celebrate all occasions. Please inquire for specifics related to your event.
I have an amazing team of 2 -4 assistants that I have worked with closely the last several years. As a boutique business, I pride myself on being the primary connection from your first inquiry to our final farewell, which means you will always get ME :) I delight in working closely with my couples and pouring extra thoughtfulness & heart into every wedding.
I've been planning, designing, & managing events for over 16 years. I've covered everything from large scale school events, parties, bridal + baby showers, quinceaneras, and weddings. My largest wedding guest count was 400 people! This extensive experience allows me to bring an elevated level of thoughtfullness, strategy, and care to each client. As an in house design business with creative and building skills, I can bring any vision to life in a way that is not just beautiful, but uniquely yours.
Hours vary from each service provided. You can expect amazing communication and quality with every service I provide!
I encourage booking as early as possible to secure your date and allow for ample preparation time, especially when it comes to full service planning and design. Typically no later than 9-12 months is ideal. As design is one of my specialty services that books fast, the earlier the better! I’m always sad when I have to turn people away! Don’t save your coordinator until the last minute either. Their role is KEY on wedding day. I highly recommend 4-6 months out.

This is a FUN, no pressure kind of call. We’ll discuss all the special details of your love day, get to know each other, and see if we are a good fit. My philosophy is always “It’s your day and your way”. While I do have a vetted team of amazing + trusted vendors at the ready, I will happily work with any vendors you have your heart set on. My goal is to foster a wonderful dream team to bring your visions to life!

We guide you through every significant detail from budget management to vendor selection to flawless management of your most special day. With built in vendor connections, creative design skills, & logistic superpowers, you can truly ditch the overwhelm and actually enjoy the process.
So glad you asked! Both are essential and provide very different roles. A venue coordinator’s primary focus is on the venue, making sure the venue, its amenities + staff are running efficiently the day of. The wedding coordinator's primary focus is YOU. We manage all of your vendors, set up & tear down, as well as managing the flow and timeline of your day. We are also your biggest advocate, overseeing any decisions that align with your wishes. Both of these roles are vital and work in tandem to provide you with a stress free & flawless wedding day.
Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our business. As a one stop business that provides major services, we allocate significant time and energy to every couple we are blessed to work with. Upon booking we require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date and reserve us exclusively for your event.
