I am pro makeup and hair artist based in San Diego, CA. I have ten years of experience in various fields, that allowed me to meet the goals of every project I was working on. I also love to learn and constantly improve my skills by learning from the best educators and artists in beauty industry around the world.

My main passion is to enhance natural beauty of all my clients and I enjoy seeing happy faces everyday at my work. I believe every client of mine is unique and my work is to help make them feel and look the same.

Yes! A destination wedding is anywhere outside of Southern California base and beyond. Additional fees related to flights, transportation, lodging, and per diems will apply for any and all destination weddings.

Yes I do. Travel fees apply 30 miles outside of zip code 92131.

Yes, for a big bridal parties or parties with a tighter timeline an additional artist(s) will be reserved. Additional artist fee will be apply.

All of the makeup and hair products that I use are professional brands that were designed to give long-lasting results and photograph beautifully. I carry a range of products from different brands including Tom Ford, Temptu, Charlotte Tilbury, Make Up For Ever, NARS, Laura Mercier, MAC, and more.

I personally like to book previews 3-4 months prior to the big day. So that it's not too close the wedding date, that it could feel last minute, and not too far before the wedding as hair of skin conditions could change during that time. Bridal previews are only booked Mondays - Thursdays. Fridays - Sundays are reserved for weddings.

Your makeup and hair should last all day, but please keep in mind that slight touch ups may be needed throughout your event, specially for outdoor and beach weddings in the summer and for runny, windy and humid days. Let me know if you will need touch ups throughout the event.

Yes, it is a good idea to test your makeup and hair out. This will give you the chance to wear your makeup and hair long enough to then decide if you would like to make any changes.

If there's any single phrase that can describe Eugeniya, it's that she is a consummate professional. And in my humble opinion, that is exactly the quality you want in your beauty expert on your big day. Having held a 3-ceremony wedding day (I know, we're insane!) successfully with Eugeniya's help, I can confidently report that she is your best choice for the following reasons: • she timed herself during our makeup trial, how cool is that?! • transparent pricing and policies, publicly available on her personal website • reliable and prompt text responses • flexible and quick thinking, which is invaluable when dealing with unforeseen logistical issues (bridesmaid arriving an hour late) so you don't have to • stellar makeup team management capabilities • proactive willingness and commitment to ensuring that you, your bridesmaids, and your mother(s) are all satisfied (one of our mothers behaved unacceptably towards a team member at the start of the day; Eugeniya sent the teammate home as early as possible, then took it upon herself to smooth things over and ensure the mother was satisfied with her look, even sacrificing the staff lunchtime we'd arranged for her to do so) And all the above doesn't even begin to broach upon Eugeniya's gorgeous makeup style. Her dearth of experience across multiple facets of the makeup industry is showcased in her work. She truly is painting art, and your face just happens to be the canvas. You don't have to be conventionally pretty either! I really wanted our two mothers to feel gorgeous and comfortable in their own skin, and my goodness did Eugeniya and her team use their art to highlight our mothers' innate beauty. Plus, the whole team was incredibly kind, fun and receptive to our wedding party's individual preferences. I'm honestly shocked that Eugeniya prices as she does, compared to other bridal prices I've seen while considering our options (Eugeniya, I hope you value your own labor and experience more!)

Eugeniya Lomeyko Artistry provided exceptional communication throughout the entire process leading up to our wedding day. Her makeup artistry was truly amazing - she transformed me into a princess and made me feel absolutely beautiful. Hands Down the Best
Every interaction leading up to my wedding with Eugeniya was warm, caring and detailed. Once she arrived, it was like I've known her for years! She really listened to my vision and we collaborated from there. My hair and makeup lasted well over 12 hours, with no touch-ups. I really felt like I looked like myself but the best version of me! The compliments I continue to get from my photos is truly special. I highly recommend if you're looking for someone who pays attention to the details, takes their time and really nails the look you want!!

Eugenia and her team were an absolute joy to work with for my wedding day. Communication was prompt and thorough in the planning process, and she arrived right on time the morning of. Eugenia really listened during my trial to understand the look I wanted, taking detailed notes and selecting quality products that held up beautifully all day and night - even in the summer heat! My hair and makeup not only looked flawless in photos but also felt comfortable. I felt like the best version of myself. The makeup didn't fade or melt off a bit despite happy tears, heat, and hours of dancing. I couldn't recommend Eugenia's artistry more highly for making brides feel beautiful on their big day!
