We create celebrations built on trust and genuine connection. Our approach is warm, personal, and creative. We take time to truly know you, your vision, your style, your story -so we can bring every detail to life seamlessly. Our goal is simple: to help you create a happier gathering you'll remember for a lifetime.

Flawless Coordination, Perfect Day
Hiring Stephanie was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she took our vision and ran with it, managing every vendor detail with professionalism and keeping communication seamless and stress-free from start to finish. On our wedding day, she truly shone. Stephanie was attentive, calm, and completely on top of every detail; she even made sure my husband and I stayed hydrated and had space to actually be present and enjoy every moment. That kind of personal, thoughtful care is rare and it meant the world to us. Our wedding day was so beyond perfect, and so much of that is because of Stephanie. If you're looking for a coordinator who will treat your wedding like it's her own, look no further.

The best I could’ve asked for
Working with Happier Gathering was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their communication style was quick, friendly, and funny, and she was always on top of everything. The quality of her work was truly exceptional - she was incredibly efficient, organized, and detailed, with a truly visionary approach. From providing a clean, organized structure on our wedding day to making sure every one of our visions came to fruition, from the ice cream cart to the sweetheart table, she was an integral part of making our special day perfect. We created a wonderful friendship throughout the planning process, and I'm so grateful to have had Happier Gathering as our wedding planner. Steph made our big day stress free! We were so lucky to have her be our day of coordinator. From helping our guests find our ceremony site to setting up our reception and handling the vendors.
