Embrace U is on a mission to bring more confidence, joy, and ease to couples as they plan their wedding, and more presence and peace of mind on their wedding day. Our intention is three-fold: First, to empower people with the invaluable knowledge I have gained from years of working as a Venue Manager and Wedding Coordinator. Second, to guide and support couples with monthly action lists and goal-setting strategies. And third, to tangibly help organize and track the seemingly endless elements that make up a wedding. For those getting married in SoCal, we offer full support at the wedding so couples can relax and enjoy their big day.

We believe the process of planning a wedding can be focused less on overwhelming to-do lists and more about empowering couples to make decisions that reflect their unique relationship and wedding vision. Our innovative planning process encourages people to trust themselves, to strengthen their partnership, and to focus on what truly matters most.

    Best wedding planner and wedding decision we made

    I was so hesitant on hiring a wedding planner but, Erin and her team were absolute ROCKSTARS! Seriously, without her being there for my wife the way she was I truly do not know where we would've been. I am telling EVERYONE they need to hire a wedding coordinator, but not just any Embrace U and Erin are the easiest and best choice one could make. They really made it to where the day was about us and we did not have to think about a whole lot. This was the first wedding I have ever been apart of where groomsmen and grooms and bride and maids of honor could actually enjoy the day. Every wedding I have been in as a groomsmen we could not enjoy the day at all. She is MORE THAN FAIR on price, and the only one that truly had a heart for us and the patience for us. Thank Erin for helping my wife's dream wedding become reality and exceeding all expectations. You played a very large role in making it easy for us and allowing us to keep living our lives and working. I would have changed anything and I would have been an idiot to not hire her.

    Our Wedding Experience

    Erin made our wedding day flawless. There were no hiccups throughout the day and I did not stress about any of the details. Our vision came to life and her team made it happen. She went above and beyond for us. Many of our guests loved Erin and her team. They were completely professional and we will be recommending her to our friends and family.
