    If you can't, Sam CAN

    If you are reading this because you are looking to hire a wedding planner. STOP LOOKING AND HIRE SAM. I had her as my day-of coordinator and have ZERO regrets. She picked up all the planning about a month and a half before my wedding and she could not have stepped in at a better time. That last couple of months before your wedding is a tornado of payment deadlines and vendor meetings. No matter how organized you are, it is A LOT to keep track of. Sam helped make sure all my deadlines were met and picked up all the last-minute things that I hadn’t even thought of. She was able to provide great vendor recommendations for things I hadn’t checked off my list. I am the type of person that finds things easier if I do it myself and it’s difficult for me to ask for help. However, I quickly realized that I could ask Sam anything and trust that she would get it done. She was always available and responsive via text, call or email. Not only did I find her easy to work with, but my family and guests all made a point to compliment her work ethic and warm personality. Sam means business and does it was the brightest smile on her face! My wedding didn’t feel stressful or rushed at all. Everyone had a great time at my wedding and it wouldn’t have been that way if we didn’t have Sam and her amazing team.

    As a fellow vendor in the wedding industry, I can confidently say Samantha is an absolute joy to work with. She brings such a calm, grounded energy to every event, which makes a huge difference on busy wedding days. At the same time, she’s incredibly efficient and clearly knows how to get things done, everything runs smoothly because she has strong systems in place. What I appreciate most is that she genuinely enjoys what she does. It shows in the way she communicates, collaborates, and supports both her couples and vendor team. She’s organized, prepared, and always one step ahead, which allows the rest of us to do our best work. Any couple (and any vendor!) would be lucky to have her leading their day

    ABSOLUTE BEST EVER

    HIRE SAM RIGHT NOW. I have had the pleasure to work with sam as a bride & a wedding photographer!! Not only was sam the best coordinator/planner I have seen, she’s amazing to work with on all aspects. She is so organized, communicates VERY WELL, handles all fires that arise, goes above and beyond, and makes you feel like the only person in her world. Worth every penny and more. Takes care of you from start to finish and becomes a friend after your wedding !!

    As a Bride Mid-Planning

    My wedding is in November 2026 and thank goodness for Sam! As brides we all know we will likely care about our own wedding more than anyone else involved, except for Sam if she’s your planner. Other than saying yes or no my job is really to tell her what my vision is and that’s it. She loves what she does and it shows. It’s been such a joy to work with her and I can’t wait to see it all come to life :)
