Hi there! I'm Ellie Kohler, the heart behind Weddings of Southern California. As a Cal State Fullerton student studying events, I absolutely love coordinating weddings! My journey started at the Newport Beach Film Festival, where I learned event logistics and found my passion for celebrating love. Since launching Weddings of Southern California, I’ve coordinated beautiful weddings at venues like Agape 1928, Riverside Convention Center, and Wedgewood Aliso Viejo. Whether it's an intimate ceremony or a grand 300-person celebration, I am dedicated to making sure the start of your love story is everything you envisioned it to be and more.

What sets me apart is the love and care I put into your wedding day. Leading up to your special day, we'll spend quality time together in three key meetings: the Timeline Creation, Walkthrough, and Final Details meeting, so that I'm not just a stranger when the big day arrives. From our very first meeting, we’ll have a blast mapping out your day. Together, we'll make sure your wedding day is mapped out to be exactly the way you envisioned it. I’ll be there every step of the way, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can focus on what truly matters—marrying the love of your life!

Working with Weddings of Southern California was such a pleasure. Ellie, our day of coordinator, was great at answering all my questions and made the planning process so smooth. She was so sweet and attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. When our bartenders were running late, Ellie was so good at helping me not stress and making sure everything ran on time. Ellie is amazing and I would highly recommend Weddings of Southern California to any couple planning their wedding.

From the moment we started planning our wedding with Weddings of Southern California, we knew we were in good hands. Ellie, our wedding planner, had a clear, effective, and energizing communication style that put us at ease throughout the entire process. She was flexible yet detail-oriented, ensuring our goals and vision were met not only on the big day, but also in the days leading up to it. Ellie treated us like close friends from the start, continuously reminding us that this was our special day and maintaining a positive attitude the whole way through. We especially loved the master timeline creation portion of the experience - Ellie made sure every section was accounted for, but also gave us the flexibility to move things around as needed. Ellie from Weddings of Southern California was an incredible day-of coordinator who went above and beyond during our wedding. She was attentive, solution-oriented, and always available when I needed to talk through concerns-whether it was logistical planning or unexpected stress over things like the weather. During a particularly emotional moment before the big day, she not only helped me work through the root of my worries but also offered the reassurance I needed. I had complete confidence in her ability to handle anything that came up, and she did so with grace.
