Hi there! I'm Ellie Kohler, the heart behind Weddings of Southern California. My journey started at the Newport Beach Film Festival, where I learned event logistics and found my passion for celebrating love. Since launching Weddings of Southern California, I’ve coordinated beautiful weddings at venues like Agape 1928, Riverside Convention Center, and Wedgewood Aliso Viejo. Whether it's an intimate ceremony or a grand 300-person celebration, I am dedicated to making sure the start of your love story is everything you envisioned it to be and more.

What sets me apart is the love and care I put into your wedding day. Leading up to your special day, we'll spend quality time together in three key meetings: the Timeline Creation, Walkthrough, and Final Details meeting, so that I'm not just a stranger when the big day arrives. From our very first meeting, we’ll have a blast mapping out your day. Together, we'll make sure your wedding day is mapped out to be exactly the way you envisioned it. I’ll be there every step of the way, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can focus on what truly matters—marrying the love of your life!

We’re so grateful to have had Ellie as our wedding coordinator. Words can’t express how much we appreciate her. She kept everything on schedule while helping us stay present and intentional with each other throughout the day. She made our wedding day feel so smooth and meaningful, and we couldn’t be happier to have had her by our side. We can’t recommend Ellie enough to any couple planning their big day! ️

Ellie was absolutely amazing! From the very first meeting we connected right away and she made sure we would be set up for success. From the rehearsal to the day of the wedding, Ellie made everything so easy that I didn’t have to worry about anything. If anything went wrong, we have no idea and that’s the best I could ask for! I truly can’t thank Ellie enough for being so patient, thoughtful, and caring on our special day.

5 stars hands down! Absolutely Amazing!
Ellie was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the months leading up to the wedding through the actual day, she was organized, responsive, reassuring, and so easy to work with. Our wedding day went incredibly smoothly, and I can honestly say I felt so much less stressed knowing Ellie was there handling everything behind the scenes. As soon as she arrived the day of she took control through out the entire day. Our entire family loved her, and even our MC kept telling us how amazing Ellie was to work with. She made sure everything stayed on track while still allowing us to enjoy our day without worrying about all the little details. We are so grateful for everything Ellie did to help make our wedding so special. If you’re looking for someone dependable, kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making your wedding day run smoothly, I cannot recommend Ellie enough. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Couldn’t Have Done It Without Her! :)
Working with Ellie at Weddings of Southern California was exactly what I needed leading up to our wedding day. :) She is super quick to respond and always ready to jump in whenever we needed her, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during planning! She was very patient while I was super indecisive about things leading up to the day, and helped me make decisions when I needed help. One thing I’m extremely grateful for is that she handled problems behind the scenes and fixed things before we even knew they were issues! Truly, I don’t know how we would have made it all work without her. We had zero stress on our wedding day, and I’m not sure how many brides can say that. If you’re on the fence about booking a coordinator, it is absolutely worth it and I can’t recommend going through Weddings of Southern California enough!
