    Everything We Needed and Hoped For!!

    Like a lot of couples, we originally (and naively) questioned the need for a planner at our 80 person outdoor wedding at Orcutt Ranch. We decided to interview 8 different local planners/coordinators to learn about how they can help us, and Stacy was neither the most inexpensive planner nor somebody who claimed to be able to do it all by herself. That's why we chose Stacy: she was professional, detail/process oriented, and set realistic expectations about the type of help needed at our wedding as well as many things we had overlooked in our own planning. And throughout the process as our day-of coordinator, Stacy absolutely exceeded our expectations and constantly delivered. We had 3 meetings with Stacy prior to the wedding as planned, and every meeting felt like a relief to have Stacy help us put together a detailed wedding timeline, answer our questions, and also add additional help that was needed at prices that were reasonable. Stacy was kind, patient, and fair with us while keeping us on track in her pre-planning process. Of course, all of this would've been meaningless if her day of coordination let us down, and she had every excuse to. The week prior to our wedding we went for a high of 100 degrees to a possible hurricane to complete rain on the wedding day. But Stacy and her incredible team of good people never showed their frustration to us and worked tirelessly to adapt to making the wedding indoors and letting myself and my fiancé actually ENJOY our own wedding. Once guests arrived, Stacy shielded us from any issues and also made sure we were fed during dinner and ready to go as soon as the wedding ended. Even our guests mentioned at the end of the night and the following day how professional Stacy was and how attentive she was to every detail that was happening. And after the wedding, there were no surprises, no random things that needed our attention, absolutely nothing. We came, we got married, and we left thanks to Stacy and her team. Our only regret in hindsight is not hiring Stacy as a partial or full planner. If we knew how many hours it would take and how much friction it would cause to plan things we would've happily used more of the budget for our own sanity and bring on Stacy at the beginning. Thank you so much again Stacy for your incredible work and all the things behind the scenes we'll never know about. We know we're not the only couple that feels this way and we hope for as long as you want to you keep helping couples get through their special day!

    Love Love Love

    From the moment we hired Stacy at Zuniga Events, we knew we had made the right choice. She and her team handled every detail with such care that we barely had to think about anything on our wedding day. The night before the wedding, Stacy stayed up packing and delivering all the equipment we needed and took it to the venue even though it was late at night. On the actual day, everything ran like clockwork thanks to their attentiveness and hard work. Stacy even created a backup plan when rain was in the forecast, which gave us and our parents peace of mind. The venue looked stunning and the day was absolutely perfect, I wouldn’t change a thing. We recommend Stacy and Zuniga Events to anyone planning a wedding.

    The Wedding Planner/Event Designer I DREAMED Of

    I never expected to get married, let alone plan a wedding, so when it came time to figure things out I felt completely overwhelmed. All I knew was that we wanted something intimate in San Clemente with about 20 guests and a small budget. What I didn’t realize was that I didn’t just need a planner - I needed a true event designer. Enter Stacy. She was the first and only person I met with, and I was sold immediately. She took the time to understand my vibe and created beautiful design presentations with everything from color palettes to candles, greenery, and table details. She made decisions feel easy instead of overwhelming and somehow translated my scattered thoughts into a cohesive vision that felt deeply personal to me and my husband. Because we don’t live in San Clemente, I was especially stressed about vendors and venues. Stacy handled ALL of it - photography, videography, catering, rentals, transportation, and a gorgeous ceremony space overlooking the beach. I barely communicated with anyone directly; I just signed where needed and trusted her completely. She even decorated my favorite burger restaurant for our dinner and added thoughtful touches like custom menus, candles, and music that made everything feel magical. When a bouquet plan fell apart two weeks before the wedding, Stacy stepped in and created the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen - completely beyond my inspiration photos and somehow still under budget. And then, as if that wasn’t enough, she surprised us with a full murder mystery setup at the house after dinner - MY LITERAL DREAM. I couldn't help but tear up at her incredible thoughtfulness. She handled every detail I didn’t even know to think about: flat lays for photography, vendor tips, calming me through anxious moments, coordinating with my family and friends when I entered my pre-wedding despondent state, and making sure the entire day flowed perfectly. Stacy didn’t just plan a wedding - she gave us an unforgettable experience. If you’re even thinking about working with her, do it. She’s fun, calm, creative, and wildly talented. I honestly don’t think I would have gotten married without her. Included some photos of the many details she came up with and executed on! And I know we INSISTED on taking a photo with her because I will NEVER forget her and all she did, but I can't find it so just enjoy how happy we looked because of her. :)
