I’ve had the honor of planning events across New York, Florida, California, and destinations like Cancun and Grand Cayman. Whether it’s an intimate elopement, microwedding, or grand celebration, I’ll handle the logistics so you can enjoy every moment. Fluent in Spanish, I offer seamless communication in both languages.

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Stacy, our Day-Of Coordinator and the incredible role she played in making our wedding day truly special. While we had already started wedding planning, she stepped in seamlessly and quickly made us feel supported, confident, and at ease. One of the things we appreciated most was how much she helped us refine and finalize our timeline. She took the time to truly listen to our vision, understand what mattered most to us, and helped shape the timeline exactly how we wanted it. She also provided thoughtful suggestions and potential adjustments that improved the flow of the day while still honoring our priorities. Her organization and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. In terms of character, she is punctual, kind, generous, professional, and an exceptional listener. Every question, concern, or idea we had was met with patience and care. We always felt heard, respected, and supported. On the day of the wedding, she truly exceeded our expectations. She helped set up our decorations beautifully and coordinated all of our vendors seamlessly. Her communication with vendors was professional, organized, and clear, which allowed everything to run smoothly behind the scenes. She was also incredibly attentive to our personal needs throughout the day. She frequently checked in to see if we needed water, asked what specific foods or drinks we wanted, and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Those small but meaningful gestures made a huge difference and helped us feel cared for during such a busy day. As a couple, we never once felt rushed. She had an amazing balance of keeping things on schedule while also patiently waiting on us when we needed extra time for a moment, a photo, or to simply soak everything in. That level of awareness and respect meant so much to us. She also demonstrated incredible problem-solving skills and flexibility. When adjustments needed to be made, she was able to make swift, confident decisions and rearrange parts of the agenda on the fly to ensure everything fit into our shorter wedding timeline. Everything still felt smooth, intentional, and stress-free. If you are looking for a Day-Of Coordinator who is organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about making your wedding special, we cannot recommend her highly enough. She played a huge role in creating such a beautiful and memorable day for us, and we are truly grateful for all that she did.

    Miss Zuniga was very professional while helping us with our special day. She gave us ideas and perspectives that we didn’t even think about. She gave us recommendation's on vendors and once we booked them she collaborated with them to make sure everyone was on the same page. She is a firecracker and was non stop coordinating our entire wedding. We had guests and family members saying they never saw her sit down only to eat for the short time she was able to! Don’t hesitate to book her, she is the best investment we made for our big day!!!!

    Finding Zuniga Events was one the of the best decisions we made early in our wedding planning process. I knew that I was going to be very involved in a lot of the Wedding planning work, but I really wanted somebody day of to help me, and my family have a lot of fun. I got more than I even asked for with some of these planning meetings, there was just so much that I didn’t know! Every family member took the time to tell me what an amazing job. Zuniga events did. I would not. I’ve had half as much fun without them.

    Zuniga Events was amazing! Stacy, our wedding planner, was incredibly effective, clear, and attentive throughout the entire planning process. She was flexible, assertive, proactive, and a true problem-solver. Stacy made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day - she helped with the decor, managed all the vendors, and handled everything with ease. She was so supportive and made sure we had food and drinks right after the ceremony. I even forgot to bring my toss bouquet, and Stacy put one together for me right away, really saving the day! We could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience. Zuniga Events is highly recommended.
