We got the Wedding Day Management Service (2-month countdown) package and it was the perfect amount of support. We personally did not use the provided Aisle Planner account to its fullest capability (Google Sheets ftw!), however it would have been a great tool since it has everything you need to keep organized, and more. Because our contract said we had to have a wedding planner for the day.We thought we could just get one just to show.But after interviewing the first one, We knew we needed someone who would definitely care about our special day and all it's details. We interviewed for four others and we just didn't find what we were looking for: professionalism, attention to details, demeanor that showed they would have a quick command of our large bridal party- until we met Brandi!!! What a God sent! Upon meeting her, her genuine care for our wedding was felt immediately. My now husband and I were very organized and already had all the details we wanted.We just need someone excellent to execute them and Brandi did that and so much more. Right away, She contacted all of our vendors, grabbed all of our contracts and organized them. She had an awesome timeline made capturing every detail we explained to her. She was always available to talk or text when we had random questions and always gave thoughtful answers. During the rehearsal, she was in charge and fun! Her loving heart showed when I showed her my bridal bouquet that was full of sad white roses. She made it her mission to find me a new bouquet the day of the wedding! Went to four florists! Just for me! On the wedding day, Brandi and her assistants were excellently dressed in black and with walkies. They set-up my ballroom, beautifully drapped my arch, and aisle chairs just as I dreamed. She and her team were with us until the end. One of the best things we did for this wedding was getting Brandi on board. She's the epitome of small sacrifice BIG, BIG reward. “My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

“We had an amazing experience with Sun & Daughter Events! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, timely, and friendly. She kept us on track with our schedule and attended all of our meetings, as well as the wedding rehearsal. Not only did she lead the rehearsal seamlessly, but she also executed the procession beautifully. We received countless compliments from friends, family, and even other vendors about how smoothly everything went, all thanks to her expertise. I received a text from my florist stating, “She’s great by the way. There’s a lot of terrible ones. She’s a good one.” Aside from all the bigger tasks she also took care of so many “smaller tasks” (that were actually quite a lot!) and made sure everything was done to perfection. Her creative ideas brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined on our own. Her great communication and time management ensured us a stress-free planning. She was prompt, clear, and kept us in the loop on every detail. She communicated with the venue staff throughout the entire process and worked incredibly well with everyone involved, which made everything run seamlessly. She was extremely organized, reaching out to all our other vendors to ensure that all necessary documents for the venue were submitted on time and coordinating set-up times, locations, and details with everyone involved. On our big day, she arrived with so much enthusiasm. From the morning until the very end, she worked her butt off to ensure everything was going well. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and if something wasn’t working out (inclement weather) she was a quick problem solver. She also checked in on us regularly to make sure we were doing okay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was a perfect day, and we owe it all to her! She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. Although it wasn’t part of her job, she took it upon herself to capture some of our special moments during the day and shared those pictures with us afterward. It was a small detail, but one of our favorites, and it really showed her dedication and care for us as clients. By the end of it all, we truly felt like we had gained a friend. It was hard to say goodbye after everything she did to make our day so special. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, professional, and personable wedding planner. You’ll be in great hands!”

“Long review!! It has been well over a month, almost two and I still have Been gushing over our wedding day. From the start when I matched with Chasing Joy creations on Bark.com I knew I had to use her as my planner. I am the first in my family to have an actual wedding and I knew I needed all the help I could get. My husband has always been a man who needs to meet a person and feel them out and as soon as Joey spoke at our meet up I can tell he was set on her. She is warm, kind and sweet. She takes you in and really loves what she does and it’s shows in how she shows up executing each task. With that being said, there wasn’t ONE thing Joey didn’t help us with. She helped us with venue searching, confirming color schemes, floral arrangements, venue decor, invitation designs, and so so much more. I had no issues with her from beginning to end and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive through the whole process. My family, friends, and even vendors I used all had nothing but great things to say about her! For any big events I’ll have in the future I will be sure to head her way yet again to use for her services. For the price she will charge it is WELL worth it! I have no complaints.”

“Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! “I truly cannot thank Sam enough for all the hard work, time, care, and love she poured into making my wedding day so seamless and stress free. I met with her about 10 months before my wedding, and at that point I was starting to feel overwhelmed because I had barely planned anything. She came fully prepared with everything I could possibly need including wedding budget templates, welcome guides, decor lists, photoshoot lists, timelines, and so many thoughtful details all organized in an easy to access shared Google Drive. One of my favorite things about Sam is that she was ALWAYS genuinely excited for me. “From our first initial "meet and greet" call with Erin, we could tell that she was extremely intentional about her services. I still remember her asking us, "what a successful wedding day looked like to each of us," when we first started the planning process. But each time, Erin made sure to answer all of our questions/concerns and made sure to always bring us back down from stressful mindsets and remind us of our initial answers to that question. We truly felt that Erin prioritized us and made sure to get to know us on a personal level. With knowing our personalities, I feel that Erin would change her approaches in helping us plan in ways that we could easily digest as the planning of a wedding on our own felt overwhelming at times. Erin was also very good at noticing when we would forget to complete some of our “to-do” items and would gently send us reminders or even offer to assist us in completing certain planning tasks to help us get to the finish line. Towards the last few weeks, I was working on the final details such as our seating chart and going slightly crazy with aligning all the names and numbers on Canva and Erin swooped in to quickly fix all of our signage! Even down to the day before the wedding during our “load-in” at the reception space, we discovered that 20 of our plates had broken during transportation and Erin assured us that she would make it all work for our guests and vendors and that everyone had a plate! I wish we had hired Erin for the full wedding coordination, but we were blessed that she worked with our budget to give us day of coordination and month of coordination, and even extra coordination and the answer to our many questions/concerns. Erin was not only was extremely organized with coordinating for us, but she brought up so many factors that we would have overlooked and made the moments leading up to our big day and the wedding day itself extremely seamless. I truly felt that Erin always and completely understood the visions we had for the feel of our wedding and how we wanted everything to flow and look. My husband and I were on a very tight budget which Erin understood and made sure that we could find ways to achieve the aspects of our wedding that we wanted in a budget friendly way. Lastly, Erin's calm, warm and extremely friendly personality made it so that she was amazing to work with, I was always excited for our meetings with her and all of our vendors, and our ceremony/reception coordinators loved her and her team! Our day would not have been as amazing without Erin and her team; my husband and I were able to fully take in all of the moments of our day without having to worry about a thing!”

“I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything!
