She gave me a peace of mind that my wedding would be beautiful and well decorated. She paid attention to details, and stayed with a theme. The florals for all of the tables, restrooms, and high tops were perfect. She also decorated our ceremony arch, aisle, and end of row of chairs for ceremony. I had Joey also decorate our cake with the same florals she used for the table settings. I loved Joey’s unique take on a travel theme and how she tied in our travels for the table settings.

Choosing Ryann as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision my husband and I made in our planning decisions. We knew we needed someone creative, reliable, communicative, strong-willed, detail-driven, and understanding - and Ryann her RKE team was not only that BUT MORE. From the very first phone call to our last meeting before the wedding, Ryann made sure to ask good questions and cover every base (ones we didn’t even know about)! Ryann and her assistant, Nicole, helped facilitate our Rehearsal Dinner with our Bridal Party - and also went out of the way to lend a helping hand in our set up. On the day of the wedding, Ryann was not only there early to make sure everything was ready and prepared for our vendors. We were told during the wedding process that things would go wrong, which did end up happening - as we dropped the ball and forgot all of our mixers and garnishes for our full. BUT - Ryann not only made an immediate decision on how to problem solve, but was so verbally assuring that the night would still be as great as planned. Nicole was able to make a run out during our ceremony and have everything back before we knew it - having an assistant there on the day of is a MUST! Overall, Ryann Kristena Events made sure we had the best and most memorable wedding day with a smile and professionalism that I simply cannot recommend more. Karen Sieger founded Blissfully Styled Events with one simple goal: to provide a planning process couples could actually enjoy. As the go-to event enthusiast any time her friends were planning a celebration, she’d long dreamt of planning parties professionally, but it wasn’t until 2016—when a vendor at her sister’s wedding was surprised to hear Karen wasn’t actually a professional wedding planner—that she decided to leave behind a 20-year career as a real estate executive and make the leap she’d long contemplated.

Karen and her team have gone above and beyond to help coordinate our wedding back in April and we are still dreaming of that wonderful day! I was originally in the planning process with another coordinator who had a job switch during this process and thus I was referred to Karen. Right off the bat Karen was super on top of everything, and so kind and patient, also just fun to work with. We hit it off with her right away – she was super responsive and knowledgeable. On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. It was so amazing to work with her we cannot thank her and her team enough for their efforts to make our special day the best ever.

My husband and I got married at the Scripps Forum, and everything was absolutely perfect and beyond everything we ever dreamt of!!!  To be honest, we were hesitant to hire a wedding planner at first (thinking I could do it myself… yeah right…). We had no idea how much work goes into planning a wedding, and we weren't sure if it was worth the investment. But after meeting with Clemence, we knew that we had made the right decision. She was an absolute joy to work with and really cared about our vision. From the first meeting to the day of the wedding, she was there for us every step of the way. She listened to our ideas, offered suggestions based on her professional experience, and made sure that every detail was taken care of (she literally thinks of EVERYTHING.) One thing that was weighing heavily on our minds in the lead-up to the wedding was the potential for rain. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and cocktail, and the thought of bad weather ruining everything was causing me a great deal of stress. But thankfully, we had hired Clemence!!!! She was there to reassure me and had the perfect Plan B in case of rain so we could still have and enjoy the beautiful view of La Jolla for our ceremony. She had clearly thought through every possible scenario and had contingency plans in place for every situation.  On the day of the wedding, the weather was luckily beautiful and sunny, and everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful, the reception was a blast, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had! Clemence and her team (Lucie & Grant) made sure that everything was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. To anyone who is considering hiring a wedding planner, I cannot recommend The Perfect Pair Wedding enough. You will thank yourself for making that decision I promise!! Trang was a godsend for us for our wedding. We had our wedding in DTLA at the Millwick. We had about 100 guest. We got her for our Day of Coordinator, and the day went very smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about anything because Trang handled it all. It took a lot of stress off us. We booked her for our day of Coordinator but I felt she was there all along helping guide us and giving us pointers. Trang really went above and beyond. The week leading up to the wedding I was very stressed. She helped put our seating chart unto a template for a projector screen which the venue provided. This helped alleviate some of the stress and we really appreciated it. We highly recommend booking with Trang. Not only was she efficient, she was easy to work with and gave us great tips. When I got to the venue and seeing my vision come to life, I was in awe . The most perfect day and Trang helped execute it.

If you’re undecided about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. If you don’t know if you need one, that means YOU DO. Furthermore, I highly recommend you book Christina with Ingobgo events. I met her at the Los Angeles Wedding Expo on Sept 24th, 2023. She was the only planner I spoke to at the expo that really took time to explain what a wedding process is like. I know that might sound silly but I felt pretty clueless and the extra energy she gave was very appreciated. At these expos there are hundreds of people filtering through and I felt like she was really passionate about her craft. In less than 2 weeks my then fiancé and I met with her in person and happily signed our contract with 134 days until it was time to say “I do.” Reasons why I loved working with her on my wedding: - She made decisions when I didn’t want to. I never grew up envisioning a wedding so I was pretty clueless for well, most things. I didn’t have a vision for flowers for instance. She crafted a proposal for my flower vision based on elements like favorite color, bridesmaid dresses etc. She literally would put things together and “say tell me if you love it, hate it, or any other feelings you have.” This helped me feel more comfortable to be authentic and honest along the wedding journey. - She negotiated rates for things I wouldn’t have fathomed as negotiable - She gave honest feedback to vendors and had tough conversations I didn’t have the energy for - She joined planning calls we had with our vendors (videographer/DJ) and managed vendor calls that weren’t necessary for us to be on (flowers, furniture) - She met with us in person more times than we anticipated which was great given that we were planning a wedding in 4 months. Meeting in person often isn’t necessary but when you’re moving quickly in a short period of time sometimes the humanizing measures really make the biggest difference like they did here. - She kept us on track with budget and payments. - She uses an app for organizing, designing and tracking your wedding. If you love google docs then you’ll love this process. I’m more of an excel gal and don’t use apps too often but I definitely appreciated the organization of the this! - She has a day of assistant Katie who was funny, and extremely helpful to all members of the wedding party. By the end of the 4 months my partner and I would commonly refer to Christina as our “wedding mom.” I feel sad that the wedding journey has come to an end but I am so happy with how everything transpired. My husband and I had an amazing time, and thanks to Christina we felt our evening was flawless (even though I forgot to bring my husbands bow tie so she had her assistant go get us one at the last hour!) I could keep going but I know this kudos is super long already. My final comment is that no one should have to go thru this process without a “wedding mom.” We will forever be grateful to Christina and all the support and TLC she gave us for our special day.

We hired Korina to be our wedding planner and to help with our design. From the very beginning, she was so easy to work with and so supportive. Miranda was such an essential part of our day and why it ran SO smoothly. If anything did not, I still don't know about it. Miranda was the main point of contact with our vendors the weeks leading up to the wedding which took a lot of stress off of me. Chelsea did an amazing job coordinating our wedding! My husband and I agree that we hit the jackpot when it comes to wedding planners. Her many years of experience in the wedding industry became immediately clear as she suggested clever solutions to any issue that arose. We enjoyed going through the online pre-marital counseling sessions that came with her planning services, and we loved every vendor we picked from her preferred vendors list. Our big day went off without a hitch because of Chelsea. She set up every single element exactly as we pictured (which was not an easy feat, since we had a bunch of DIY setups, including a temporary tattoo station and polaroid photo booth) and seamlessly coordinated the entire day. Where do I start in describing how lucky my husband and I are to have come across Opus Events, and to have had the pleasure of working with Belinda in planning our elopement. It’s like planning a wedding with your super organized and on top of it friend who totally gets your style and vibe. We came into this process a little lost on where to start with everything, but Belinda made it all so easy. She has a wealth of creative ideas and is full of fantastic recommendations from everything from florists, to locations, to restaurants, or anything you might want for your event. Anything specific that we had in mind, Belinda was quick to incorporate it. When we didn’t know what we wanted, such as the overall aesthetic for our event, Belinda was able to create an incredible vision just based on some simple questions we answered and by her browsing my Pinterest boards. The end result was a gorgeous setup that was completely our style, but something we would never have created on our own. Belinda is sweet and laid back while being incredibly together and detail-oriented. She creates shared documents for budget, timeline, and other important details that are so helpful throughout the process. She is super adaptable to any issues that might pop up and is able to pivot on a dime as needed. She has thought of everything and is thoroughly prepared down to the bandaid my husband unexpectedly needed after the ceremony. She is flexible, easy to talk to, and overall incredible at what she does. She is a delight to work with and I’d recommend Opus Events Co. 100 times over.

Stephanie is a life saving wedding fairy. We chose a venue that was a public park and 100% raw space. We put in a ton of work to build a beautiful wedding, but there is no way we could have executed it without Stephanie. She considers every single detail to ensure day of is as smooth as possible. We felt so taken care of during the planning process. About a month before the wedding, she really kicked into gear and was available night and day for any question and really made us feel at ease. Day of she was a dream to work with. Did everything go according to plan? No, but we really didn’t’ notice because Stephanie’s whole goal was to ensure we had the “best day ever” and we totally did. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. She even drove our uhaul back to our house at the end of the night. We know that our wedding was a bit of a challenge to say the least, and we can be a little detail focused- a huge thank you to Stephanie for tackling it with such grace. My wedding day was near perfect and it’s all because of Britney. When we ran behind, she got everything back on track. If I was concerned, she had a solution. I have a photobooth business, and had the pleasure of working with Michelle & her team this weekend to service a wedding, so I am writing this review as a vendor, and from a vendor's perspective. To start, Michelle is on top of it! She is incredibly organized and strikes me as someone who dots her "i's" and crosses her "t's". If there is any missing information, incomplete documents, or details needed from a vendor, she always follows up via email & text and makes sure that those requirements get sent in. She is on top of it and is pretty persistent in her follow-ups, so my advice to other vendors is to just get those requirements in early! :) Before the big day, Michelle follows up with the vendors to confirm details like arrival times, service schedules, vendor meal preferences, etc. And she provides everyone a final timeline along with detailed instructions & maps to make loading in and setting up easy & smooth for all of us. It's actually pretty amazing to watch. Michelle is incredibly detail-oriented as well, and based on my interaction with her, she seems to be always thinking about the experience that she wants to create for bride/groom and their guests. When it was time for the big event - the wedding ceremony, everything came together just beautifully and the bride's walk down the aisle was absolutely flawless. It was really something special. You can feel the spirit of the moment in the calm, beautiful atmosphere that the team created...it was a very special moment. Felix is an amazing coordinator for any event! He served as my day of coordinator for my wedding this past April and I could not have been any happier with how the day unfolded! He was there every step of the way making sure all was attended to and that the day went smoothly. As a bride, I was fully able to enjoy my wedding day, without a worry in mind because I knew Felix was there to fix any little hiccups along the way. He was very professional and checked in with me and my husband throughout our wedding day to ensure the day went smoothly or if we needed anything. Prior to my wedding day he communicated with us throughout our wedding planning process to ensure we had a functional timeline, all the vendors and checked in frequently to ask if we needed any help with all the tiny details. Felix is amazing in paying attention to detail and I cannot recommend him enough! He would make a great partner for any special occasion and I could not have imagined anyone else by our side.
