We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. “Where do I even begin!! I am SO grateful for the epic team. I was lucky enough to meet Kendra when touring the secret garden. Despite not going with that venue, my fiance and I knew we had to work with Kendra and the epic team, and it was the best choice we ever made for our wedding! First, Epic has it all, a catalog of DJ's, catering options, bar options, photography/video, florists, and a long list of other amazing vendors that covers all you could ever need or want to plan a perfect day. On top of it all they have the BEST coordination team you could ask for! When looking for a different venue, Kendra went above and beyond to provide various options and really fit exactly what we were looking for. We ultimately ended up booking the Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos, and we were able to bring the inclusive package from Epic that included photography/videography through Epic Events Studios, coordination and support through the whole proccess and day of, DJ as well as their suggested photobooth and florist as well. All of the vendors were amazing and so professional, and really helped make the day so special and fun. The epic team handled getting insurance info from vendors, coordination with them for the wedding day to ensure no hiccups and all the things in between. Laura, our coordinator was truly an angel and made the whole experience so stress free. From our first coordination meeting, it was like meeting up with an old friend. She was so excited, supportive and open to all ideas to make our day perfect and tailored to us! She worked with our venue and vendors to ensure everything was aligned, and helped us curate a perfect timelime and layout for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Through the whole process the team was responsive, and always willing to help with any questions and ideas we had. The communication and reminders/updates were so reassuring too. I truly was so at ease during the process and never had to stress. Fast forward to the day of, and Laura made sure everything went off without a hitch. From setting up all the decor (she went above and beyond!) ensuring vendors were where they needed to be, to making sure the ceremony, reception and timeline went smoothly, everything was PERFECT and there was genuinley not one hiccup (if there was I never knew about it!). I never once had to worry or check on anything the whole day, and friends and family were actually remarking about how calm and stress free I was! I owe most of that to Laura and the team, because I trusted her completley and knew she had it covered. I truly can't praise this team enough, thank you again for making it the perfect day that friends and family are still talking about! I promise you will not regret working with Epic!”

“Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!”

“I cannot recommend Love and Life Events enough! From the very beginning, their team made the entire planning process feel seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. My husband and I had Chiell, Kristy, Makayla, Bella, and Christina, who helped us along the way. We were actually referred to LVLF by my cousin, who also used them for her wedding. And now we completely understand why! From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation. One of the things we appreciated most was how on top of everything they were. “We had the absolute BEST experience working with Koral & Ko for our wedding! From day one (about a year and a half out), Koral made the entire planning process stress-free, fun, and incredibly organized. We went with her full-planning package, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Koral is the perfect mix of sweet, calm, and totally on top of things. She’s super responsive, kept us on track, and truly brought our vision to life. She designed a beautiful, detailed vision board for us, connected with all our vendors, and became the main point of contact so we could actually enjoy the process instead of drowning in logistics. When we finally met her in person for our first walk-through, we instantly knew we were in great hands. She knows Santa Barbara weddings like the back of her hand. We got married at the SB Courthouse with a reception at Villa & Vine and she knew all the ins and outs of those venues. One thing that really impressed us was how seamlessly she handled unexpected hiccups. For example, one of our rental companies messed up our table runners and even used them as drapery without telling anyone. While we were off getting married, Koral was calling their emergency line multiple times, troubleshooting in real time, and still managed to make everything look gorgeous. She even got us a partial refund afterward - all while we had no idea anything had gone wrong. That’s how you know she’s doing her job right! On the wedding day, she and her team went above and beyond. She assigned us our own personal wedding assistant who carried a “wedding survival kit” with everything you could possibly need (bobby pins, mints, lint roller - you name it). They set up all our DIY decor beautifully, made sure everything ran smoothly, and even packed it all up neatly for our families at the end of the night. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Koral took care of the details so we could just soak in the joy of the day. If you’re getting married in SoCal, especially in Santa Barbara, at the Courthouse or Villa & Vine, look no further. We HIGHLY recommend Koral & Ko!”

“I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing! I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! “It all started when me and my wife was searching for a wedding planner that didn’t charge an arm and leg for services. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception.
