I’m Brandi Bondurant, & I founded Celebrations by Brandi in 2021. Our team of five dedicated planners is passionate about guiding you through every step of your wedding journey, culminating in a day that’s as beautiful as it is memorable. When potential clients ask, “What sets you apart from other planners?” it’s a question I love to answer. For us, it’s simple: we are deeply service-oriented. Our greatest strength is being the calm in the storm—providing a steady presence that brings peace of mind throughout the planning process and on the big day itself. We’re here to support you, offering expert guidance so that you can enjoy the process.
Our ultimate goal is for you to be a guest at your own wedding, fully confident in what’s happening behind the scenes and able to focus on your fiance and your loved ones. Yes, we’re detail-oriented, craft thoughtful timelines, collaborate with incredible vendors, and will bring your vision to life with creativity and precision. But more than that, we truly care about you and your experience. Description | Full service planning begins at the very beginning and goes through to your planner being the last person to leave the venue after your wedding. We begin before you have your venue and guide you through every aspect of planning your wedding. We do all the work and provide you with options and you simply tell us yes or no. | Month-of-coordination is ideal for couples who have the wedding planned, but need help in the final 6 weeks managing the logistics & details, as well as the day. At this point the vendors are all beginning to contact you & final decisions are being made, but it is time for you to take off your planner hat & just enjoy this last phase of engagement & your day. In the 6 weeks we become an expert on your wedding & take the load off of you. |

I don’t usually write reviews, but after working with Brandi, I felt it was important to share just how amazing she is. My wife and I would 1000% recommend Brandi to anyone looking to get married in the greater Orange County area! We came into the wedding planning process with just a rough idea of the theme we wanted, and Brandi helped us bring it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. From the very first meeting, it was clear that Brandi’s extensive experience in the wedding industry and her deep knowledge of the OC area would make her an invaluable partner. She worked tirelessly to help us make decisions, offering suggestions when we needed them, and helping us stick to our vision every step of the way. Make Brandi your first wedding planning decision!! We found Brandi early in our planning when we were struggling to find a venue that fit our vision and price point. Brandi took the time to truly understand exactly what we envisioned, she fully vetted and presented options to us with a thorough understanding of what we wanted. She ultimately negotiated the venue we wanted in a creative way that we could have NEVER done ourselves. We initially hired her just to find our venue but her dedication and delivery of exactly what we needed led us to continue into a coordination contract as well. Her vendor referrals (best photographer and content creator we could not have found ourselves), ideas and guidance led us to decisions that we could have never made on our own. She kept everything on track, down to every detail of our wedding day timeline. Her team on our wedding day was so attentive, helpful and made us feel like we could truly enjoy the day, which we did! The best choice we made was hiring Brandi and her team. We truly can’t say enough good things about Brandi! From the moment we met and spoke to her, we knew we were in the best hands. We had a very short engagement—just 4 months—and Brandi didn’t just rise to the challenge, she absolutely exceeded every expectation we had. We came to her with a vision for an intimate backyard wedding, and she made it a stunning reality. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and nothing slipped through the cracks. Brandi and her team brought such calm, professionalism, and creativity to the planning process that it actually made wedding planning fun—even on a tight timeline. The quality of their work was truly top-tier - they were hardworking, professional, and brought my wedding to life even better than I could have envisioned. The crew was there for me in moments I didn't even know I needed them, like when they helped me change my shoes while I was in my dress. The level of comfort and ease that came with Brandi's services was unmatched. This wedding planning team was worth every penny, and I am still in awe over everything they were able to accomplish and the incredible attention to detail they provided.
