With event design, styling, and coordination as our forte, we provide our services to make the planning process as smooth and painless as possible for our couples. From our first conversation with Joyfully Co., we knew we were in good hands. Sharon kept us in the loop with clear, fast responses that made the whole planning process feel manageable and stress-free. What really set her apart was her attention to detail and ability to figure things out on the fly—she just knew where everything should go without us having to spell it out. Sharon was thoughtful about every aspect of our day and treated us with genuine kindness throughout the entire process. Our families and friends couldn't stop raving about how seamlessly the day came together, which honestly says everything since my family and friends are not easy to impress. We literally have no notes—Joyfully Co. is the best planner ever.

Wedding Coordination
We loved working with Joyfully Co and our coordinator, Blaire! Her calm, gentle yet assertive presence brought reassurance throughout the day. With so many moving pieces, she coordinated everything gracefully and kept our timeline on track, even with some delays, making sure we still had plenty of time for photos and the dance floor. She kept our needs at the forefront, remembering our concerns and noticing the little things—from adjusting my jewelry and veil during photos to ensuring our VIP guests felt cared for during cocktail hour and dinner. Throughout planning, she welcomed our design and logistics questions, kept us organized with spreadsheets, and offered thoughtful, practical advice. Her suggestion to buy fans for the hot day made such a difference in our guests’ comfort! Joyfully’s reasonably priced decor rentals also eased the work of packing and preparation. Blaire’s clear guidance helped my anxious parents feel more comfortable, and her team even entertained our young niece and nephews when they struggled during the ceremony. Every table looked immaculate, and family later remarked on how smoothly everything went. We’re grateful for the care they extended to us and the people we love, and wholeheartedly recommend Blaire and Joyfully Co!

Absolute perfection
Hannah is an absolute dream to work with. She's the sweetest person and was hired as our day-of coordinator with zero complications or stress. We found and booked our vendors ourselves and Hannah flawlessly brought everything together by creating the final timeline and reaching out to everyone for final contracts and invoices. She pretty much let us lead our entire wedding planning process and came in towards the end to execute our vision perfectly. She's incredibly responsive via email and text and so easy to work with. She even provided some alternatives for any of our ideas that needed some adjustments. Joyfully even helped us create the most beautiful seating chart wall after I sent over some inspiration photos, and it came out better than I could have even imagined! We got so many compliments on it, even from our vendors who have worked countless weddings before. Hannah's team was so organized and quick with setup and strike. By the end of the night everything was quickly cleared out, boxed up, and all ready to load back into the car. Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed of and we give Hannah and her team her flowers for making everything so beautiful and smooth and making sure we had the best night of our lives. No notes, 5 out of 5 stars (even 6 stars if I could). We will definitely reach back out to Joyfully Co again for any future celebrations we plan to have!

best wedding coordinator
we can’t say enough amazing things about joyfully co. and blaire! we first got to know blaire through my sister’s wedding, and after seeing how incredible she was, we knew we wanted to book her for our own wedding. it ended up being one of the best decisions we made! from start to finish, blaire was completely on top of everything. the rehearsal was so smooth, organized, and efficient, which immediately gave us so much peace of mind going into the wedding day. and then the day itself was absolutely amazing! everything flowed so seamlessly, and we truly felt like we could relax and enjoy every moment knowing we were in such good hands. blaire went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we are so grateful we had her there to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. we would recommend joyfully co. and blaire to anyone getting married — truly the best!

Sweetest people ever - a joy to work with!
Working with the Joyfully Co team from the initial call when we were still on the hunt for a planner to execution has been great. We first talked to Hannah who was very kind and patient in answering our questions as we better understood expectations of wedding planning and the packages Joyfully Co had to offer. We never felt pressure from Hannah to hire them as our planner and she made us feel heard and seen. We ended up working with them and booked the 'Love' package which focused on designing our wedding with month & day of coordinating with their founder, Blaire! We booked them pretty early on and once things picked up they were great to work with. We worked a lot with Blaire (our main planner), Hannah and Sharon! All 3 ladies were so helpful and great in communication - which was what I really valued and appreciated a lot. The whole planning process for the design was so smooth. They asked us for a pinterest board of our inspo, then created a proposal slide deck on designs - and that's when I realized their attention to detail was crazy. I had an image that I liked and they thought I wanted it down to the tee, like wanting a chest for the card box, which they even FOUND a site of where I could buy one! Because we went with the Love package - we were responsibly to book our vendors, but they went above and beyond & recommended us vendors we had a hard time finding (like photography, cake, HMUA). We ended up going with a lot of their recommendations and LOVED them all! Months leading up to the wedding, the meetings picked up and check-ins came more. They guided us well and really wrote down every detail we (mainly me lol) wanted. They were sooo patient and offered so many different designs for signage! They made sure everything was something we're happy with, and if we wanted any changes - they'd make them asap. The day of was so smooth - I found myself hardly seeing them except a few times or when Blaire would give us the cue or ask us if we needed anything. I feel planners & coordinators don't get enough recognition as they work behind the scenes but they were fantastic. I don't even know if there were any problems that happened day of - which was great! We were pretty stress free and any last minute changes they'd ask us to make sure it's okay or not. I truly don't know how they can be under all that stress and still smile and make things look so easy. They placed all our DIY stuff beautifully and helped package everything back into our boxes by the end of the night - AND even into our cars! I legit have nothing missing!! We were so happy to see everything come together - literally my pinterest board come to life! The entire team always made us feel seen and heard - and would give us their advice if we were stuck on whether something worked or not. They worked well giving cues to our other vendors (like DJ for announcements) the day of and I do think because of their help - the day was perfect. Highly recommend them for your wedding planning needs! I'm sure no matter what package you end up, whether its full planning to even just month-of, you'll be very happy with the results. Their attention to detail is just 10/10 and they're all so sweet to work with. Thank you Blaire, Hannah, and Sharon for everything! It was such a pleasure working with all of you this past year and half :) I'm so grateful we chose your team for our big day!
