(Name is pronounced Hasmeen, kinda like jalapeño) My goal is to be a source of joy and vulnerability in your life while helping you feel grounded on your big day and ~even more~ grateful for the life you live and the love you choose. 

Photography curated for those wanting candid, film-like, & documentary style memories. I specialize in capturing the raw, unfiltered moments that define your story, weaving together a tapestry of memories from every corner of the globe. No destination is too remote, no journey too daunting - I've traveled to over 25 countries in the last decade, so I'm happy to help with any transportation, cultural, or other destination logistics!

    We adored Jazmin and our work with her was so comfortable, joyful, and ultimately resulted in stunning, dreamlike photos. We were seeking low-key, calm vibes for our wedding day, and after meeting with Jazmin, we felt immediately at ease. What initially drew me to Jazmin was her photography, of course, and her adventurous streak and love/appreciation for nature that is reflected in her work. I did not want traditional wedding photos or overly posed editorial shots - I primarily wanted big nature shots, candids, and authentic memories captured. I could tell from her other work on her website, she would be ideal for this. Additionally, I was seeking a photographer who could do film and digital photos, which Jazmin can do (plus polaroids! which I loved). On the practical and professional side of things, Jazmin also really stood out. All of her communication was prompt, thorough, and attentive. There were surveys used to get to know us / our story better and to clarify exactly what we were looking for both the wedding day and our engagement photos. She also met with us on several occasions to talk things through and make sure we were on the same page. This gave me confidence that she not only knew what we wanted in terms of photographs, but she also cared to know as a couple. On a more personal level, Jazmin immediately felt like a friend. She is our people, and we knew we would feel grateful and comfortable having her as a part of our celebration! She is kind, caring, thoughtful, intentional, genuine, and talented - what a combo! On our wedding weekend, she was great company to have AND she nailed it with the photos - couldn't have asked for a better combination.

    Jazmín is a truly exceptional human and artist. From day one, her communication and vibe were just so perfect. She is prompt, communicative, and immensely talented. She took my thoughts and notes into consideration and really captured the day exactly how I had hoped. Jazmín’s work perfectly represented our personalities while still maintaining classiness and timelessness. I would highly recommend hiring her as your wedding photographer, whether you’re in the Bay Area or beyond. She is one in a million!

    We were drawn to Jazmin's photography for our elopement based on her artistic style and focus on film - I immediately loved the cinematic, dreamy quality of her photography and it captured the aesthetic I was hoping for. Now that we've worked with her and seen some of our sneak peeks, I can say that all of the above is 100% true but there are so many other highlights of Jazmin's work as a photographer and collaborator on our day. We had weather drama and last minute changes to deal with and Jazmin was a co-conspirator and enormous help in dreaming up backup plans and working with us to formulate plan B. We were able to move everything to accommodate the weather and she was so patient and understanding throughout. During the day itself she brought fun, supportive, and playful energy that made her presence feel like a huge bonus! My husband was a bit anxious about sharing our intimate elopement with someone else but he was surprised what a fantastic time he had and said he felt more like Jazmin was our friend. She was so understanding of what we were looking for and we are thrilled with the results. If we're lucky enough to start a family I already know I will be reaching out for maternity and family shoots.

    Not only is Jazmín such a pleasure to work with, she produces the most BEAUTIFUL photos! (I mean see for yourself!). We are so happy we chose Jazmín to capture our city hall wedding ceremony. We hadn’t gotten professional photos taken before but she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and guided us throughout. We had so much fun! A talented photographer but also just a wonderful human being. If you’re looking for a photographer who will make you laugh, feel comfortable, and deliver then Jazmín is your gal. 10/10
