I’ve been playing weddings for over twelve years and I love my work! My services cover any or all aspects of wedding & receptions. I have found my life’s artistic calling in becoming flexible to every type of music my clients could desire. I learn to enjoy whatever my clients love and this resonance makes my job sustainable and ever-enjoyable. But, I do tend to request the ability to make choices for the dance-floor that rely on my years of dance-enhancing experience. I meet with my clients to determine what music they would love to hear and what music they do NOT want to hear.

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our decision to choose Joey (Cello Joe) and Brandon to help make our special day sparkle. Their attention to detail, guided by years of experience, allowed us to have the wedding we envisioned while avoiding many of the common pitfalls we might have encountered without them. They had creative ideas, were responsive to all of our questions, and brough an awesome presence on our wedding day. We highly recommend choosing The Celebration DJ Group for your wedding!

I was blown away by the talent of the musicians, they really take their craft seriously. I requested a Roaring Twenties theme from Louis Pettinelli and they went above and beyond to make it happen. The singer Karlea was phenomenal and did an amazing job of keeping our guests engaged and entertained. The musicians were all courteous, professional, and exceptionally talented. They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. I highly recommend this group for your wedding.

We hired the Cosmo Alleycats for our wedding and it was by far one of the best choices we made. Working with Emily and the Cosmo Alleycats is a dream. First up, they are obviously very musically talented - their style is fun for everyone of all ages and they are open to working with you for your preferences. They went above and beyond by making a special arrangement of our first dance song. We wanted to practice dancing to their rendition before the big day, so Emily shared a recording of it with us which was extremely helpful. Emily is a true professional, helping us organize all of the details and logistics in addition to emceeing for the evening and bringing her gorgeous singing voice, and each member of the band brings their own talents and flair. I cannot recommend them enough. Live music at a wedding is a top-notch experience for you and your guests and you won’t regret hiring the Cosmo Alleycats for your special day.

Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!

I'm Turker, a San Francisco Bay Area wedding DJ and MC with over 20 years of experience creating memorable celebrations for couples throughout Northern California. From the ceremony through the last dance, I provide professional sound, lighting, music planning, and MC support while keeping the experience personal to each couple. I take the time to learn your music preferences, must-play songs, do-not-play list, cultural traditions, and the atmosphere you want for your wedding. My goal is to create a celebration that feels like you—not a generic wedding playlist.

TURKER WAS AMAZING! Literally 10/10. He was the DJ at our Iranian-American wedding and he did such an amazing job mixing Iranian music with American music. We gave him a couple of playlists and he made the transitions so seamless between songs. In addition to his great DJ skills, he also recorded and shared so many special moments on his phone. It was such a fun surprise to get several videos from him from that night. Turker was also just a joy to work with. He’s super responsive, respectful, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone!

I'm so glad we hired Eleonora for our wedding at SF City Hall! It totally elevated the 1hr ceremony on the 4th floor North Gallery, and Eleonora was so easy to work with. I felt badly I never talked to her or met her in person, but she is a pro (esp at navigating a 1hr wedding at SF city hall) and just elegantly slipped in and slipped out so I never had a chance to thank her. Our guests LOVED her playing, and her play list is very extensive. I highly recommend her for any event!

An accomplished guitarist and skilled arranger, Sebastian Olarte will add a special touch to your event. He plays an eclectic mix of light classical music and contemporary favorites — everything from Van Morrison to Johann Sebastian Bach, from John Legend to Eric Satie.

Awarded Best of Zola
Sebastian was absolutely incredible as a guitarist for our wedding day. We had a small (60-person) wedding ceremony in an outdoor garden and asked Sebastian to #1 play intro music as guests arrived, #2 play custom processional and recessional songs, and #3 play music after the ceremony during post-ceremony cocktails/mingling. Sebastian was phenomenal in every regard, and we would highly recommend him for another wedding. Before the wedding, Sebastian was responsive, kind, and communicative -- he took the time to hear our plan for the wedding, and we chosen custom processional and recessional songs (that he learned flawlessly). At the ceremony, his solo guitar was phenomenal (to experience as both a couple getting married and per reviews from our guests). We felt so lucky that Sebastian was our guitarist on our special wedding day and would be delightfully recommend him to others!

Radio Gatsby is a premier San Francisco event and dance band that performs a wide selection of music from the 1920s to 2020s. Radio Gatsby absolutely crushed it at our wedding and we are still talking about it! We had a solo pianist for the ceremony, a quartet during cocktail hour, and a full band for dinner and dancing. Every part of the day had its own perfect vibe and they nailed all of it. They played every song we wanted and steered completely clear of the ones we didn’t, which honestly meant so much to us. Our guests would not stop raving about the music all night, and we loved every second of it. The dance floor was full from start to finish. If you are looking for musicians who will genuinely make your day feel like YOUR day, book Radio Gatsby. You will not regret it!

I hired Jackie to sing at my wedding reception Dec 3rd 2022! When I heard some samples of her voice on YouTube, I knew she has was the one I wanted singing at my wedding!! She has a beautiful beautiful soulful voice that you can get lost in for days. Jackie was super flexible, shared her ideas and suggestions when I I didn't know what direction to go with songs ( wedding planning was stressful) but she made it easy to plan and make suggestions based on my song choices. I had her sing and play the piano for 3 different songs Father daughter dance, mother son dance, and cake cutting! Looking back, being someone who’s goal was to have more entertainment then speeches, id had her perform the whole time! Our guest raved about her voice, her performance, and how beautiful her renditions sounds. She was SO SO EASY TO WORK WITH.. With a wedding being crazy expensive.. She was accommodating to our budget! There’s no doubt I’d hire her again! She can sing anything! Love love love her
