This is Nova Jazz … Listen to their music and you’ll hear everything from Coltrane to Ellington - from New York City to Rio De Janeiro. They are the past, the present and the future of Jazz. Led by Saxophonist Daniel Heffez, Nova Jazz specializes in Swing, Modern Jazz and Brazilian Bossa Nova and can be seen performing all throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. They are available for concerts and private affairs such as Weddings, Corporate and Holiday Parties.

We perform music from the golden era of jazz as well as Brazillian Bossa Nova music. We draw upon two decades of experience to craft just the right mix of classics and modern jazz. Hope to be a part of your event!

    Perfect for my micro wedding

    Nova Jazz was simply amazing for our wedding reception. Their communication leading up to the big day was quick, easy, and informative - they made everything so stress-free. And the quality of their work as musicians and entertainers was simply outstanding. They showed up on time and looked incredibly sharp in their suits. Honestly, they are one of the best jazz trios I've heard in the San Francisco Bay area. I love these guys and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for world-class live music to make their wedding celebration truly special.

    “Daniel and Nova Jazz Made Our Night!”
