It was a pleasure working with Kaiya! She was very cooperative, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the entire process. The package I chose with Kaiya was the event management service. Wedding planning was a bit stressful for me since it was just my partner and I planning the whole thing together but 3 months before the event Kaiya jumped in and helped manage all of our vendors, helped with day of timeline, and more. She also helped coordinate the rehearsals and the day of the wedding. I truly did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, Kaiya handled everything with ease and care, and she guided us through our timelines of events that day with expertise. Without her I don’t know how I would have been able to manage everything on my own. I appreciate her greatly and am glad I was able to work with her! Thank you again Kaiya!

She was also incredibly responsive, making herself available via email, text, and phone, and handled communication between the travel agency, resort coordinator, and vendors seamlessly. As the wedding approached and decisions felt overwhelming, Casey always reassured me and helped narrow down options, making everything feel manageable. From creating a comprehensive packing list (down to things like bobby pins!) to personally making sure we didn’t have to worry about the little details, Casey thought of everything. Working with the Oso team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We actually hired them about 2 years in advance, so we got to work with them for a super long time! One of the biggest reasons that we wanted to hire Oso specifically was because of their decor inventory, which was 100% available to use at no additional cost with their full wedding planning package. Weddings can be extremely wasteful in terms of decor, so it was nice to be able to consciously be a bit more sustainable! We honestly ended up hiring Oso for so many other services as well — Michelle did an amazing job with our signage, they also have a great photobooth package, and Michelle’s sister owns Bobaholics so we were able to get a discounted rate for a boba bar! It really felt like a one-stop shop :) Michelle, Gen, Raymundo, and Gennie were all so helpful in coordinating with vendors and giving us wedding advice/guidance - working with them also gave us confidence that we weren’t missing any important steps or details of wedding planning. They were also available by text/email anytime, and they always responded extremely quickly, which I so appreciated! Talking to them felt more like talking to friends who were super passionate about wedding planning! On the actual day of the wedding, my husband and I felt so stress-free because of Oso - they seamlessly guided everyone to stay on schedule, had walkie talkies to communicate with each other, and constantly asked us if we needed any food/water/etc. They took care of passing out our vendor tips, and set up all of our decor with time to spare! When people ask us for wedding planning advice, we always say that hiring a planner was the best decision we made - specifically Oso Events! I have cried at all the ones I have attended, and my friends tease me because I will ask anyone who has me over to show me their wedding album! I have spent the past few years working for Wedgewood Weddings and learning everything there is to know about weddings and events. I have helped plan over 200 weddings and personally coordinated more than 120 weddings with guest counts ranging from 20-250+. Prior to that I worked in tech account management, which gave me the experience to provide you with top tier customer service.

We used a Website called Mostest to find a budget friendly day of coordinator. We were initially skeptical of Mostest and how it worked, because we only meet the planner one month before the day of the event. This was only because we used a day of coordinator, rather than a full on event planner. Our wedding was 120 people at Cavallo Point Lodge. Ceremony was outside, cocktail hour was under a nice heated tent, and the dinner & Dancing was inside in a banquet hall. One Month before the wedding, We have our first call with Margarita. She was exceptional in every way. She had a template of the items that she knew we needed to think through. She then seamlessly and meticulously took the agenda from the photographer, venue, florist, caterer, DJ, and any other vendors that I'm for getting and put them into a PERFECT PDF that they each used for the coordination of the day. In total, we met with Margarita a total of three or four times before the wedding. Despite our initial skepticism with Mostest, by the day of our wedding we had absolutely question in our mind about how smoothly the day would go - and this was BECAUSE of margarita. After each meeting, she would give us a "To do" list of things we needed to decide on. At each subsequent meeting, she would circle back and cross every single T and dot every single I. We had a pretty "Involved" Wedding - a Long walk in to the ceremony from the bridal suite, father of the bride doing the ceremony, two readings by family members, A song played & sung by the sister of the bride (with an acoustic electric guitar which required an amp and a microphone setup for singing), a tree planting ceremony, personally written vows, and coordinated music throughout. Margarita had each of these things timed down to the minute (second?). If we allocated too much or too little time for one thing, she would tell us and we'd adjust accordingly. She was early to our wedding rehearsal, ready to roll in the cold Sausalito wind, and was there early on the day of our wedding to make sure that things went smoothly. By the end of the wedding, our mantra was "Just ask Margarita and do whatever she says". Because sincerely as two people who have never been married and frankly had no clue what is involved in orchestrating a wedding - Margarita absolutely cannot be beat. Even after the wedding, she somehow perfectly boxed up all of our stuff so that we could come and grab it the next day. Thank you Margarita for making this day so incredibly special for Taylor and I. We're now looking to host more events JUST so we can work with Margarita again.

Our rehearsal went seamlessly with her guidance on how to walk and even how parents should hold arms. On the wedding day, everything flowed beautifully. I cannot recommend our wedding coordinator/planner enough. If I could I would recommend her 10x over. She was absolutely exceptional from start to finish, but what truly sets her apart is how she showed up for us when the unexpected happened. When our photographer/videographer unexpectedly left before our ceremony even started, she immediately stepped in without hesitation. She took control, stayed calm, and made sure we still had beautiful coverage and meaningful memories from our day, something we will forever be grateful for. That level of dedication, professionalism, and care is rare. She went above and beyond her role, advocating for us, supporting us emotionally, and making sure our wedding day was still special despite the curveball. Her assistant, Autumn, was also wonderful, attentive, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout the day. If you are looking for someone who will truly have your back, handle anything that comes their way, and treat your wedding as if it were their own, look no further. I could not recommend Glennie and her team more! They worked behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly during our wedding and leading up to the event! From creating group chats with our entourage for open communication to creating a minute by minute schedule of the event. She was PERFECT! She also coordinated with all vendors and helped solve problems without having to involve my husband and I!

She helped us find the perfect vendors—our photographer, event décor, catering—and even went above and beyond by creating our florals (not even part of her package, but she’s just that talented!). Our wedding day had its challenges, especially with our almost one-year-old in tow, but Kalyna made it all run seamlessly. With a headset on, she coordinated effortlessly with our event staff, bartenders, DJ, and officiant, ensuring every moment was flawless. She came fully prepared with a troubleshooting kit—extension cords, a sewing kit, safety pins—anything we could have possibly needed, she had it covered.
