Our system is built like a professional coordination institute, with trained wedding coordinators and standardized processes. This allows us to scale our team efficiently without compromising quality, and to support multi-day weddings, destination weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and additional events within the same wedding experience.

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

More than what’s technically outlined in the contract 🙂 We’re known for a very detail-oriented, high-touch approach to luxury wedding planning, so we simply don’t step back if something goes beyond the timeline. We visit venues, join vendor meetings, guide you before the ceremony, and yes, even bring forgotten items the next morning if needed. Since we work on a commission-based model, you don’t have to worry about hours running out, our focus is a seamless, fully supported wedding experience from start to finish.

What is your pricing structure and how do you work with budget?

We offer two options: a flat fee or a percentage-based model. Our flat fee starts at $2,500 for micro weddings and $5,000 for larger weddings. Alternatively, we work on a 5% to 10% commission of the managed wedding budget, depending on scope and complexity. We don’t take commissions from vendors, all recommendations are based on quality, and final decisions are always yours. We start by defining your vision and setting a realistic budget range, then build and manage a structured budget plan. Our role is not just to stay within budget, but to guide you through it, helping you prioritize and avoid overspending.
