Hi, I'm Jessie — the heart behind Tigerlily Events Co. I hold a business degree from UC Berkeley and bring over a decade of experience, from polished corporate events to joyful kids' cooking parties. I've led events at LinkedIn and Culinary Artistas, and collaborated with some of the nation's top luxury wedding planners. You're equally likely to find me fine-tuning a timeline at 2am or on the dance floor. I bring that balance of precision and play to every event. As a CASA advocate, a portion of every Tigerlily event supports foster youth in SF. This is where it all comes together for me. All are welcome!

What sets me apart is striking that balance. Bold yet soft. Soulful yet sustainable. Intentional yet fun. Just like a tiger and a lily. I have a diverse repatoire of experience from corporate events to luxury weddings to kids nonprofits. I show up with genuine care: for the planet, for your story, and for the wider community.     Planning perfection

    I am a former event planner so transparently I have very high standards for the event professionals I work with. For the last few years I've worked with Jessie on 3 or 4 events and can honestly say she is the best. Throughout the planning process she was clear and communicative, explaining details and telling me exactly what she needed from me. Her positivity and enthusiasm for the events space also shines through and helped me feel a lot less stressed about how the evening would go. Honestly I couldn't have asked for more. I felt so cared for working with Jessie and would love to work with her again.

    Stress-Free and Simply Perfect wedding day !

    Choosing Jessie as our wedding coordinator was easily the best decision we made for our wedding! We had a short engagement and while we had a vision of what we wanted and did some research/planning, we knew that we would need someone with great efficiency and effective support leading up to the big day. After meeting with Jessie, and hearing about her way of planning and organizing we choose her “month of package” which fit our needs perfectly. Having her step in for the final stretch took a massive weight off our shoulders and allowed us to completely enjoy the lead-up and our special day. On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to think about a single vendor or timeline detail. Her team managed the moving parts flawlessly, leaving us and our guests free to simply celebrate the moments. She was incredibly professional and attentive. She took the time to truly listen to our vision, identified the priorities, gathered all our notes, and executed everything perfectly. She met with us regularly leading up to the day and thought through things before we would have flagged it. The environment she created was exactly what we had imagined.     Jessie just gets it

    Working with Jessie has been hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From our very first meeting, I felt like she understood what I wanted for my wedding and helped craft the tone and vision for my wedding. Even when I didn’t know what I wanted, her partnership and collaboration, patience and creativity helped figure out exactly what I was looking for and then bring it to life! Wedding planning has been stress free and most of all FUN because of Jessie and we just couldn’t appreciate her more. She’s a planner who really listens to you, turns over every stone to make your dream become a reality, clearly has your best interests at heart and puts so much thought behind every step of the planning process. The difference comes down to when we step in and how much we manage. Full Service covers the entire planning and design process from start to finish. Partial Planning supports clients who’ve begun planning and want guidance refining details and managing the event day. Month-Of Coordination is for those who’ve planned their event and need an expert to finalize logistics and lead the day. Not sure which is right for you? Inquire and we’ll help you choose the best fit.
You’re welcome to inquire as early as you’d like, the sooner, the better. We often book peak weekend dates 6–12 months in advance, so securing your date early ensures availability and allows us to be a thoughtful partner from the start. Even if you choose a package beyond Full Service, you can reserve our relationship early and we’ll step in at the appropriate time based on the level of support you select. Every event is curated case by case, so beginning the conversation early simply gives us more space to design intentionally alongside you. I'm happy to help advise!

Yes, Jessie has over 15 years of experience working with kids of all ages, and loves throwing celebrations for kids!
During my work as a credentialed court-appointed advocate for foster youth, I saw how rare birthday celebrations were. Limited resources and frequent transitions often meant these meaningful moments were overlooked. We partner with San Francisco CASA, a foster youth advocacy nonprofit, and donate a portion of all proceeds to a dedicated foster party fund. Through this fund, I plan to provide pro bono birthday celebrations for foster youth—because everyone deserves to be celebrated.
Sustainability is woven into every decision we make, from avoiding single-use plastics and prioritizing compostable or upcycled materials, to donating excess food through and repurposing floral arrangements. We maintain a reusable inventory of furniture and décor, plan mindful delivery routes and rental choices to reduce emissions, and prioritize farm-fresh, locally sourced menus whenever possible.
