I’ve always been inspired by the strong, ambitious women in my life who built successful small businesses in the hospitality industry — from restaurant owners and bakers to caterers and florists. Growing up surrounded by their entrepreneurial spirit, I was motivated to follow my own path and create something meaningful in the world of events. After spending two years working as a Wedding Coordinator at the Westin, the pandemic hit and forced a pause on hotel weddings. That unexpected turn of events only fueled my determination to turn my passion into a full-time business. And so, Kaci Danae Events was born.

What began as day-of coordination has evolved into a comprehensive range of event planning services. Smooth operator
I'm not a traditional wedding videographer (I do more documentary work) but the couple wanted a different kind of wedding video so this was only my second wedding ever & I'll admit I was a tad nervous. Didn't need to be. Kaci was simply awesome, everything was super organised. She scouted the venue with video, maps & more spreadsheets about the day then I thought possible. She kept an eye on where I was & made sure I knew where the next anchor point was & despite weather (crazy wind) and delays that were out of her control - the day ran like clockwork. She never made herself center stage, nothing seemed to fluster her & I felt she could be relied upon instantly. The video turned into a short film I got such great footage, happy couple and the best wedding I've ever seen. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend her and would love working with her again. Kaci is an amazing coordinator!
Working with Kaci Danae Events has been a game-changer for us as a wedding vendor. Her communication is consistently clear and prompt, and she provides the kind of detailed information that actually helps you do your job well. At a recent wedding we both worked, Kaci went above and beyond—she created a detailed timeline that was genuinely workable and handled an enormous number of group formals with impressive precision. What really stood out was how organized she kept everything; my shotlist for photography was crystal clear and straightforward, which made the day flow seamlessly. Her attention to detail and presence on site made such a tangible difference that I honestly shudder thinking about how the day might have gone without her there to orchestrate it all. If you're looking for a planner who treats your wedding like the well-oiled machine it should be, Kaci is your person.

Loved working with Kaci!
Working with Kaci was awesome! She was super communicative and helpful through the whole process. She really went above and beyond what I expected for a day-of coordinator, and because we had her onboard we went into the few weeks leading up to the wedding far more relaxed than we would have been without her. She made our timelines make sense, she helped coordinate with other vendors, she was there to answer questions last minute when we had them. It was really a great pleasure to work with her, and I'm so certain that our day would have been less enjoyable without her there to help keep this moving smoothly. Highly recommend!

A Pleasure to Work With!
Kaci was a pleasure to work with as a wedding vendor. They were on point with communication throughout the client's entire planning process, providing clear requirements and asking questions when necessary. All of our interactions were positive, friendly, and professional, leading to a beautiful night for T&P to remember for the rest of their lives! Best Coordinator Ever
Kaci was the best!!! We had so many hurdles planning our wedding, and Kaci was there every step of the way talking us through options and eased all our anxieties. She made amazing vendor recommendations, all communication was clear and prompt, was super organized, and overall highly highly recommend her to anyone.
