I’ve always been inspired by the strong, ambitious women in my life who built successful small businesses in the hospitality industry — from restaurant owners and bakers to caterers and florists. Growing up surrounded by their entrepreneurial spirit, I was motivated to follow my own path and create something meaningful in the world of events. ​ After spending two years working as a Wedding Coordinator at the Westin, the pandemic hit and forced a pause on hotel weddings. That unexpected turn of events only fueled my determination to turn my passion into a full-time business. And so, Kaci Danae Events was born.

What began as day-of coordination has evolved into a comprehensive range of event planning services.     Best Wedding Planner

    Eternally grateful for Kaci!

    Kaci is such an amazing and kind coordinator! She kept our heads on straight whenever we felt like they were going to roll off our shoulders during wedding prep/planning. Kaci's communication style was clear and straightforward, which made planning our wedding feel less stressful and way more organized than we expected. She stayed calm and collected throughout the whole process, and we always felt comfortable with asking questions or updating her on any changes. On our wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly because of her built-out timeline and general attention to detail. Kaci went above and beyond to make sure our special day was exactly what we wanted, and we couldn't have asked for a better partner to make it happen.     Highly Recommend!

    Kaci was the best coordinator my husband and I could have asked for! She was very organized right from the beginning and available for any questions we had. She was so helpful in accounting for the small details that are easy to forget and managing the communication between vendors. The wedding went so smoothly thanks to her, and many guests commented how great she was! Highly recommend!

    Kaci is amazing to work with!

    Kaci was so great to work with at the last wedding I photographed. She had clear communication with all of the vendors, paid attention to the little details, and day-of made things very easy. She was calm, easy going, and worked so effortlessly behind the scenes to make a seamless wedding day happen for the couple. I'd absolutely work with her again on any event. If you're looking for a coordinator to make your event stress free, she is your best pick!

    Highly Recommend!

    Kaci was our Day-of-Coordinator and we are so happy we worked with her! We met over video 3 times to discuss our timeline, decor and layout, and the other vendors we were working with. She was great at pointing out details and elements that would make for a smoother and more more "us" wedding. The day of the rehearsal and wedding she took over and allowed us to let go and completely enjoy ourselves. She made sure that our vision came to life and was such a pleasure to work with the entire time. Our family and friends loved her too! If you are on the fence about working with a coordinator or planner, just go for it, Kaci will make it work it!

Absolutely! I'm a full service event planner for social events (birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, etc.), as well as corporate event management for conferences, galas, and many more.
I am a one-woman show, however I do have a set of co-planners that I bring on to support certain event days after I evaluate the level of decor setup, allowable setup time, event logistics, etc.
This answer really depends on where you are in the planning process and how much support you want along the way. If you want someone to take the lead and guide you through the entire process, Full-Service Planning is likely the best fit. If you've already made some decisions but want professional guidance and support with the remaining pieces, Partial Planning may be the sweet spot. And if you've handled the planning yourself but don't want to be responsible for managing everything on your wedding weekend, Day/Month-of Coordination is a great fit.
