    Fanfare Florals made dream wedding come true!

    It was an absolute pleasure working with Fan. My partner described what she wanted in terms of style and color and she brought the vision to life and kept it in our budget! She's really friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Beyond her incredible floral work, Fan was friendly, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. She's very collaborative through the whole planning process and even offered help on design elements beyond just flowers. We would highly recommend!

    A wonderful experience with Fanfare Florals

    We had a lot of amazing vendors for our wedding, but Fanfare Florals definitely stood out. It's hard to put into words why exactly, but everything about Fan exudes a level of trust and care that made her feel like family. The entire planning process was warm, casual, and easy. We're not the best at giving specific instructions and changed our minds 3 or 4 times about the bouquet design, so we tended to put our trust in Fan. She gave us welcome advice on re-purposing arrangements, our centerpieces, candle heights etc., and budget-friendly alternatives that got us exactly what we wanted (and more)! She paid close attention to the fact that peonies are my wife's favorite flower and the peonies were as lush and large as our faces! We're still receiving compliments about our wedding florals. Whether you know exactly how you want your flowers to look, down to the petal ratio - or you're like us and basically said "we like the wildflower vibe, peonies, and these colors," Fan will exceed your expectations. Beyond the stunning flowers, we especially appreciated Fan's warmth on the wedding day. It was oddly comforting to see her in the background, in her adorable hat, working away. It was like one moment we saw her unloading flowers from her car, and the next you're surrounded by enchanting floral arches saying "I Do". Amidst the chaos of your wedding day, she even took special effort to say goodbye to us before her departure. I was so thankful for that moment, as I didn't get the chance to meet and personally thank all of our vendors - and your vendors really are such an important part of your wedding. Right after the wedding, I found myself asking my wife, 'Fan does smaller events, right?' because I really cannot wait for the next special occasion so we can call upon the talent and warmth of Fan and her team!

We’re based in Daly City. We serve the entire Bay Area and beyond!
Sustainability is an important part of our floral design process. We avoid using floral foam whenever possible and prioritize eco-friendly techniques and materials, such as reusable mechanics, compostable elements, and locally sourced blooms when available. We’ve even executed zero-waste weddings. That said, sustainable practices and traditional floral foam substitutes do come at a higher cost, as many of these materials are more expensive and labor-intensive. If sustainability is a key value for your event, we’d be happy to tailor the designs with that in mind and walk you through options that align with both your vision and priorities.
We recommend booking at least 3 months before your wedding date. While we can accommodate last-minute requests, early booking ensures availability. We only accept one large event or two smaller ones per weekend, and some couples reserve their dates 12-18 months ahead.
We don’t offer specific floral packages, as every wedding is unique and tailored to your vision and budget. Instead, we provide a range of services based on your needs.
We have a $4,000 minimum for Full-Service Wedding Florals. We also offer À La Carte service, which requires pickup or limited drop-off/setup and does not include breakdown or cleanup.
