    Lavender Crown is a gem!

    We partnered with Michelle from Lavender Crown for our July 2026 wedding and highly recommend her!! We signed up for the day-of package, which included her guidance through the whole month leading up to the big day. She was clearly well-prepared, experienced, and asked all the right questions in advance to make sure that we were prepared and the party would run smoothly - giving us a structured timeline and highlighting areas to think about in our proposed plan. On our day, she and her assistant worked independently behind the scenes so that we could be fully present and undistracted by all of the details - we hardly knew she was there but the day wouldn't have been possible without her! Thank you Michelle!

    Amazing Experience!

    If you're looking for a wedding planner who will truly take care of you from beginning to end, we can't recommend Hannah with Lavender Crown enough! She is incredibly responsive, exceptionally organized, and an absolute joy to work with. From the planning process through the wedding day, she kept everything running smoothly with professionalism, attention to detail, and such a calm, positive presence. As a catering team, we work with many planners, and Hannah is the kind of vendor who makes everyone's job easier. Her communication is excellent, she's always one step ahead, and she genuinely cares about creating the best possible experience for her couples. We would absolutely recommend Hannah to any couple looking for someone they can trust to bring their vision to life and ensure they can relax and truly enjoy their wedding day.     Top Tier Planner

    As a wedding videographer, I work with a lot of planners, and Michelle and her team really did stand out. Her communication was flawless leading up to the wedding day, ensuring the whole team was on the exact same page, which not everyone takes the time to do. Wedding days can be high-stakes of course, but she remained super friendly, composed, and kind under pressure. Everything ran perfectly on schedule, but what impressed me most was how far out of her way she went to support the rest of the vendors. She is an absolute blast to work alongside, and I highly recommend her to any couple looking for a amazing planner!

    Amazing experience with Hannah from Lavender Crown

    Hannah Cozzo with Lavender Crown was so incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. We booked her for a month-of coordination package for an 85-person backyard wedding. She met with us regularly leading up to the wedding, answered all of our questions, and did a site visit with us to put together a floor plan. She did a great job coordinating with vendors seamlessly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She also set up a ton of decor and personal items exactly as we had envisioned them, and she and her team were incredibly detail-oriented and on top of even tiny details. She was such a life-saver throughout the whole planning experience and we couldn’t have gotten through the wedding day without her. We were able to just sit back and enjoy our day and she handled all of the logistics flawlessly. Thank you Hannah!

    Having our dog at our big day was amazing!

    We had such a great experience! Our chaperone, Michele, was amazing — super professional, kind, and made us feel totally at ease. She sent us tons of cute pictures and updates, and it was so clear our dog was having the best time. It’s such a relief knowing our pup was in such good hands. Highly recommend Michele and Lavender Crown!

Michelle & Hannah are our lead planners and Yesenia a junior planner. While we often assist each other, you will have just one of us assigned as both your File manager and Day-of Lead Event Manager.
Depending on your package, we offer different amounts of timed planning meetings. We are always accessible through email to answer any of your questions! - included in every package: Finalization meeting, ongoing email interaction, 45-minute rehearsal, up to 10 hours of on-site service on event day - Lavender - 90-minute Planning intake meeting, 10-60 minute planning sessions, unlimited scheduled calls (up to 4 hrs in advance) - Periwinkle - 60-minute Planning intake meeting, 8-30 minute planning sessions, unlimited scheduled calls (up to 4 hrs in advance) - Lilac (month-of) - 1-60 minute planning checkpoint call
