Working with Athena was an absolute joy and truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. She is professional, detail-oriented, kind, experienced, organized, communicative, and incredibly reliable. Due to our circumstances, I wasn’t able to meet with Athena in person to go over the logistics and details of our wedding, so we relied heavily on virtual meetings and communication. Despite this, Athena did an amazing job understanding our vision and making sure every detail was thoughtfully considered. She was always willing to make time for my questions and concerns, no matter how small, and she consistently brought up important details and considerations that I hadn’t even thought of. Her guidance, expertise, and creative ideas helped bring our vision to life in ways that made our wedding feel even more special and personal. During the week of our wedding, Athena took on the responsibility of managing our vendors and coordinating the day-of logistics. On the wedding day itself, Athena and her assistants were incredibly organized and worked seamlessly behind the scenes. Their excellent time management ensured that we didn’t miss the little moments that mattered to us. Like walking around to greet our guests at every table and even helped make sure we didn’t miss our grand entrance when we became caught up talking with guests! They handled every unexpected situation with calmness and professionalism, making adjustments effortlessly whenever something came up. Because of Athena and her team, the entire day flowed smoothly. We were able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with our loved ones without having to worry about the logistics happening behind the scenes. Another thing I deeply appreciated was how understanding and respectful Athena was throughout the entire process. She never pressured us into unnecessary add-ons or made us feel like we needed to spend more than we were comfortable with. She genuinely listened to what we wanted, respected our priorities, and worked within our needs to help create the wedding we envisioned. It was clear that her goal was not simply to plan a beautiful wedding, but to create a day that felt authentic and meaningful to us. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautifully everything came together and how much they enjoyed the day. Somehow, Athena and her team managed to make our wedding even better than we could have imagined. We truly cannot thank Athena enough for making our wedding planning process and wedding day so stress-free, joyful, and magical. Her professionalism, creativity, organization, flexibility, and incredible attention to detail are unmatched. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make their wedding day unforgettable. Amazing month-of coordinator - book her!
Working with Athena was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is an absolute pro - knowledgeable, organized, reliable, and communicative, with a wonderful creative eye. She provided thoughtful ideas, guidance, and support and helped bring our vision to life. In the final month, she took countless details off our plates, from managing vendor communications to keeping us fed and hydrated on the wedding day to creating a beautiful welcome table with very little direction from us. She even brought some of her own decor items so we wouldn't have to buy them ourselves. No detail was too small! On the wedding day itself, Athena and her assistant Sam made everything run effortlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present in every moment. They went above and beyond in their execution and somehow our day was even better than our wildest dreams. We also had so many guests comment on how perfectly the day came together and how much they enjoyed it. We truly can't thank Athena enough for making our wedding so stress-free, joyful, and magical!

Excellent day-of coordinator
Athena is super knowledgeable and she guided us throughout the process, from the detailed timeline to creative decor ideas to teaching us how to walk down the aisle properly (which is harder than it looks!) We always learned a lot from each meeting with her. She always had everything we needed, and she also went above and beyond to make our wedding experience magical, e.g. offering to bring her own floating candle holders, cake stand, candy bowl, easel, etc., which added more flair to our wedding. Our family and guests commented how organized and enjoyable the wedding was, and we really appreciate Athena's dedication and expertise to make that happen.

Reliable Day-of-Coordinator!!
Incredible is truly an understatement. We were so blessed to have Athena as our day-of coordinator, and from start to finish, she was kind, patient, supportive, thoughtful, and most of all so much fun to work with. 100% a cheerleader for love. Every interaction with her felt reassuring, and her calm, positive presence made such a difference throughout the entire process. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she went above and beyond by taking the time to hop on a call with us to review our table settings and color palette, easing our stress and offering thoughtful design guidance that helped everything feel just right. She carefully worked with us to create our wedding timeline, ensured every moment flowed seamlessly, and on the wedding day, she kept the entire night running smoothly and on schedule without us ever having to worry. Athena was incredibly organized and attentive, working directly with vendors for set-up, breakdown, and all the in-between details, while also making sure we were always taken care of—whether it was having food on our plates or a drink in our hands. Because of her, we truly felt at ease and were able to be fully present, soaking in every moment with each other and our loved ones.The night was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through such a meaningful day.
