    Weddings with Athena provided exceptional service as the wedding planner. Their communication style was direct, clear, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. The team had a hands-on, can-do attitude and were highly attentive to our needs, ensuring a positive experience. For example, they were able to quickly adjust to our wedding couple's changing requirements. Athena in particular was super supportive, helping and assisting me as the DJ with a very upbeat and enthusiastic demeanor that kept everyone having a great time.     I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without Athena on our wedding day! From the very beginning, she brought such a sweet and cheerful energy to everything. . always smiling, always calm, and always on top of every detail. She handled all the moving parts behind the scenes with so much care and made the whole day feel effortless for us. I was able to fully enjoy every moment knowing she had everything under control.     We got married at Elliston Vineyards in May 2025, and I honestly can’t imagine our day without Athena. From the start, I knew I wanted to work with her. I found her on Instagram, and after seeing how much her brides loved her (and how stunning their weddings turned out), I reached out. She responded with so much warmth and energy, and from that first message, it felt like I was chatting with a friend. Athena is full of life, detail-oriented, and brings such a fun and vibrant energy to the planning process. Every call with her felt upbeat, productive, and comforting all at once. She made sure we were on track with everything! Our ducks were in a row, every “i” was dotted, and every “t” was crossed. She caught things I would’ve completely missed and kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. At our rehearsal, she was super professional and kept everything moving with ease and grace and on the actual wedding day, she was truly a ninja. Somehow everywhere at once, making sure everything flowed seamlessly from ceremony to reception. One sweet moment that really stuck with me: I was super sleepy the morning of the wedding (it was an early start!), and without hesitation, Athena offered me her own coffee. That little gesture perfectly sums up how thoughtful and attentive she is. She genuinely cares. Our wedding turned out even more beautiful than we imagined, and so much of that was because of Athena.
