I’m Nicky, founder, wedding coordinator and lead designer.     Amazing Coordinator!

    Best qualities: quick response, detailed schedules, accommodating Our coordinator was Nicky. She was the best and a literal dream come true when it came to planning and being present for our wedding day. We used her 1 month out service and we had a wedding for 300 guests. Nicky showed up to the rehearsal and handled everything with all of the vendors. She had a set schedule and helped everyone stay on time during the actual day. Nicky asked the right questions, accommodated our desires for the big day, and had answers/solutions to any problem that came up. She's super responsive and quick to communicate any changes. She kept us on schedule and helped us set specific and realistic goals for the wedding. The best thing was when Nicky and NIDE Co. as a whole helped find a photographer last second when ours dropped out suddenly. Her company partners with other vendor services like decoration and photography, so adding those packages together are really helpful if you don't have other vendors in mind. Overall, I'd highly recommend her as a wedding coordinator: 10/10.

    Wedding - Day of Coordinator

    We couldn’t have asked for a better day-of coordinator for our wedding! From the beginning, Nicky was so organized, responsive, and easy to work with. She was professional but also very personable, which made it really easy to communicate with her throughout the planning process. She consistently checked in with me leading up to the wedding, reminded me of things I needed to get done, and let me know what she needed from me. Those reminders were so helpful with planning, and I always felt like I knew what needed to be taken care of. On the wedding day, Nicky was amazing. She kept everything moving, coordinated with all of our vendors, and worked closely with my family members who were helping with setup. She handled so many of the little things behind the scenes during the reception, which allowed my family members to enjoy the celebration. I’m so grateful we had Nicky there to help everything come together. She made the whole process so much easier and was such a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or special event! Thank you so much Nicky!

    Nicky and her team at NIDE created the most perfect wedding for me and my husband. No. NIDE Company intentionally limits the number of weddings we take on to ensure every couple receives our full attention and care. We focus on one wedding per day, and in most cases one wedding per weekend, allowing us to provide hands-on support, thoughtful execution, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
The amount of time spent together depends on the package you select and your specific needs. Our planning process is intentionally structured to be efficient and focused, so you receive expert guidance without unnecessary meetings. Most couples can expect scheduled check-ins at key milestones, ongoing communication as needed, and more hands-on support as your wedding date approaches. Our goal is to be present when it matters most while keeping the process seamless and stress-free for you.
Yes. NIDE Company is supported by a trusted team of well trained staff. You will work directly with me, Nicky, as your lead planner and primary point of contact throughout the planning process. For larger events or on the wedding day, I’m supported by my design assistant Alayla and our other event staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. This team-based approach allows us to deliver attentive, hands-on service while maintaining a seamless experience for our couples.
Yes! The average couple (without a wedding planner) spends over 300 hours planning their wedding. As wedding planners we have already done the homework and have formed relationships with quality vendors. We will direct you to one or two vendors that match your personality as well as your budget. We pride ourselves on working with our clients to make sure their budget is met.
Absolutely! We will do as much, or as little, as you want us to do during the wedding planning process. We always ask you what you want and we then make our suggestions to you for final approval.
I have been planning events since 2019 and recently became certified as an International Wedding Planner. I used to assist my mother when I was a teenager when she would conduct and decor weddings. Design and fashion have always been my passion and I am very excited to finally do what I love!
