Hello! We are an esteemed collective of professional string musicians based in the San Francisco Bay Area, dedicated to bringing beautiful, live string quartet music to weddings and private events. We offer vibrant performances of romantic wedding favorites, contemporary popular hits, and timeless classics that will make your event truly memorable.

Bellissima Music is a local boutique string ensemble. This means that our group is a tight team of seasoned professionals who play together often, unlike some agencies that might assemble musicians who barely know each other. We are 100% focused on customer's satisfaction, personal attention and clear communication. We pride ourselves on our versatility and huge high-quality repertoire -- with over 1000 songs to choose from. Special music arrangements are also welcomed! Based on your budget and venue, our ensemble can perform as string quartet, trio, duet or solo.

    Bellissima Music was an absolute pleasure to work with for our annual Holly Ball for the Cancer League in Piedmont, CA. From the very first interaction, their communication was easy, fast, and fun. They were incredibly flexible in accommodating our requests and music preferences. The quality of their work was truly outstanding - a solid 10/10. They proactively provided excellent music suggestions that perfectly matched the mood and vibe we were going for. Many guests commented how lovely the music was. We couldn't have asked for a better group to make our event so memorable.

    Bellissima Music made our Half Moon Bay wedding absolutely unforgettable. The musicians were professional, easy to work with, and incredibly attentive to every detail.     We hired Bellissima for our wedding and the quartet played beautifully for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Booking was simple and easy. They accommodated our special request for a Chinese song (by Teresa Teng) and it was just perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great the musicians were. 100% would recommend!

    From the start, we had no worries because communication was excellent, even a few days prior to the wedding when we had some changes to make. There were so many things not going as planned on the wedding day, it was a relief to not have to worry about the music. Before the ceremony, the musicians checked to make sure every cue was correct, and even with some flubs with our officiant, they adjusted perfectly so that no one knew something went awry. They even changed their volume moment to moment to fit the mood of our mid-ceremony songs! My favorite moment was during our "Concerning Hobbits" recessional and pictures; my best man was in tears with the combination of their incredibly beautiful rendition while the whole wedding party stood together for their pictures before dinner. It could not have been more perfect. The cocktail hour and dinner music was also just what we wanted, and we were able to ask for a few special requests before leaving the venue. We cannot recommend the Bellissima Quartet highly enough!
