Since then, I’ve coordinated 40+ weddings and events, specializing in backyard and estate weddings by transforming non-traditional spaces into beautifully curated wedding experiences. With a detail-oriented and personalized approach, I focus on creating seamless celebrations that feel elevated, welcoming, and uniquely reflective of each couple.

Bella Dia Events was spectacular!
Bella Dia Events made our wedding day feel effortless, and that's because Kalyna and her team were on top of everything in particular for day-of execution. They kept us and our guests informed and on schedule throughout the day, which made a huge difference in how smoothly everything ran. What really stood out was how they asked about the small details that mattered to us and our guests. Even though we hadn't met Kalyna's team before the wedding, it felt like we had been working with them for months heading into wedding day. Everyone was helpful, responsive, and professional in every interaction leading up to the big day. We are happy with all of the assistance throughout the wedding planning process, but in particular we are so impressed about the day-of execution of our vision, which was done by Kalyna and her team.

Perfect Day-Of Coordinator for Two Perfectionists
Kalyna with Bella Dia Events went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our wedding came together perfectly! As a couple we are exacting and detail-oriented, so we knew we needed a strong day-of coordinator to manage the day and allow us to actually step back and be present--not an easy task, but Kalyna was up to the job. She is an excellent communicator and stayed on top of all questions and requests. In the lead-up to the wedding, she was always quick to remind us that we could let go of certain things and she would handle it, which was exactly what we needed. A wedding day is complex, ours was especially so with multiple venues, multiple performances and many custom elements. Kalyna handled it all seamlessly. Small things are bound to come up during any large event, and any time something needed to pivot, Kalyna calmly and confidently took care of it all. Our vendors all said she was a joy to work with, and we agree. While the two of us have extensive event-planning experience, having Kalyna on our team meant we got to just focus on each other and our guests rather than managing timelines and directing people. And we could not have asked for a more organized, thorough and kind coordinator.

Amazing Wedding Coordinator
Kalyna was an amazing part of our wedding planning. Without her support and guidance, we would not have had the wedding we did. She went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful for everything she did. She is kind, organized, and truly ready to make any event as perfect as possible. Best to do it!
The literal best person to help you with your wedding! So friendly to talk to and know what she is talking about! She kept everyone on track and kept the ball rolling so that my wife and I could enjoy our wedding day! She kept all the aunties at bay so we could take our wedding photos and even stepped in when our MC was unsure of what was next. From day of, to helping plan it all. This is the best service you can get! Cannot recommend enough!

The perfect spooky wedding day
Kalyna was great to work with. She was very dedicated, creative, and passionate about the work. The team was flexible and quick on their feet. It rained on our wedding and they did what they could to make it work. 10/10 would recommend!
