Storybook Weddings was created out of a genuine love for weddings, people, and the meaningful moments that make a day feel unforgettable. As the owner and lead coordinator, I bring years of hands-on experience coordinating weddings throughout Northern California, with a focus on calm, thoughtful execution and clear communication. I believe couples deserve to feel fully present on their wedding day. Not stressed, rushed, or pulled in a dozen directions. My role is to support you, advocate for your vision, and handle the details behind the scenes so your day unfolds smoothly and beautifully, just as you imagined.

On the big day, I’ll manage vendors, set up décor, cue events, handle payments, and ensure everything flows seamlessly so you can just celebrate.

Feeling confident in your planning? Amazing! With my Day-Of Coordination, I’ll take your plans and bring them to life so you can sip champagne and enjoy your loved ones. I’ll direct vendors, set up décor, cue events, and pack up at the end. Package includes 3 calls, 1 venue walkthrough, a custom timeline, day of management, vendor coordination, and rehearsal support.
