I’ve coordinated dozens of weddings over the past several years, from intimate gatherings to larger, full-scale celebrations. My work focuses primarily on day-of and month-of coordination, helping couples bring their plans together seamlessly. I regularly work with indoor and outdoor venues throughout Northern California and am especially experienced with non-traditional spaces, outdoor logistics, timeline management, and vendor coordination. My specialty is creating calm, structure, and flow behind the scenes so couples can be fully present and enjoy their day.

Are you part of a team? Who will we be working with?

Depending on the needs of your wedding, I either work solo or with an assistant. For larger guest counts or more complex logistics, I bring in additional staffing to ensure everything runs smoothly. Any assistants or staff I bring on are people I’ve worked with for years and trust completely. They are all experienced, professional, and familiar with my approach to coordination. Regardless of team size, I remain your primary point of contact and lead coordinator throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

Yes, I also plan and coordinate other wedding-related events, including rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and showers. I’m happy to help support any additional gatherings surrounding the wedding as needed.

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

The amount of time we spend together depends on the package you choose. For day-of/month-of coordination, you can expect three scheduled phone meetings, unlimited email communication, and full on-site coordination on the wedding day itself. With partial planning, we spend more time working together throughout the planning process, with additional meetings, check-ins, and hands-on support as decisions are made. Regardless of the package, my goal is to be available, responsive, and supportive so you feel confident and taken care of every step of the way.

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

I do not take on multiple weddings in a single day. On your wedding day, my full attention is dedicated to your event. I may take on multiple weddings in the same weekend, but they are scheduled carefully to ensure each couple receives focused attention and support.
