Description	This service saves you time & sanity while we handle every aspect of your event from start to finish with you in mind. Expect us to be kind, organized, creative, easy to work with & produce a successful event that embodies your story. Price varies based on size & planning details. Contact for a custom quote and a proposal for all this service entails.	All of our services are applicable to a destination wedding. We fly to most places our clients request & support them with the services they need and can afford.	Our elopement & micro wedding offering has three options of service. Full - service, Partial Plan or Coordination 6 weeks prior to the affair. Pricing varies on the details of the occasion, contact us to inquire about a custom quote.	Our design service & associated cost depend on the size and complexity of the occasion. We typically include this service with planning & coordination, however, would be willing to customize a quote for clients seeking design only.

Cassandra Ream was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning of my planning to the end. She helped craft a well thought out and meticulously considered timeline for my wedding day. She was supportive through the entire planning process, lending a helping hand and giving advice as needed. The day of my wedding, she was a calming and helpful presence keeping all of the balls rolling and the pieces in place. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy the entirety of our wedding day because we had Cassandra behind the scenes making sure everything went according to plan.

We worked with Cassandra for month-of wedding coordination and had such a great experience! She is so detailed, thoughtful, thorough, and has such a good artistic eye for design! Trying to think through the timeline was a bit overwhelming for me, but as soon as she came on board she worked with us to create a detailed timeline for each vendor and walked through it to discuss all the details with each of them, which was so helpful! She has so much experience and helped us think through all the details we hadn't even considered. We knew we were in such good hands, when the weekend came we weren't worried about anything. She designed our photo & guestbook table and reception tables so beautifully, and made our vision come to life. She had also done many events at our venue, and had a lot of insights for photo locations, layout, etc. that was so helpful. We are thankful we got to work with her and would highly recommend!

Words can’t really describe the feeling of seeing all of the planning come to life. Cassandra had such a beautiful and talented vision for our evening and executed it flawlessly. She was such a joy to work with on both the design and coordinating side. Recommend AIM Design 1,000,000%.

We found Cassandra on Zola and set up a meeting for partial planning services. It was a one and done conversation--we knew immediately that she was the right planner for us! Her clear communication, organization, and professionalism made her the obvious choice. We felt confident in relying on her expertise to bring our Fall-themed Tahoe wedding to life, and she did not disappoint. Cassandra is a true professional and expert at her craft -- For partial planning services, she provided a detailed month-by-month checklist complete with notes and recommendations to guide us in meeting our wedding deadlines. About six weeks before the wedding, she took over all aspects of the planning process. She is an experienced planner that has built out her own inventory of rentals (which was a big help so I didn't have to track those things down), and has a great knowledge base of reliable venues and vendors in the area to work with. A few of our vendors (my selections, not hers) were a challenge to wrangle, and I was relieved to be able to loop Cassandra into those conversations to get things back on track. She also brings a ton of creativity and first hand experience to the design process that I really valued. She built us a beautiful design board and iterated on it with us until we 100% loved it. She also did a great job of day of coordination and made sure we could be fully immersed in the day instead of sweating details. I'm still speechless when I think about our Wedding. It was one of the best days of our lives, and will be crystalized in my mind as a perfect day forever. We are immensely grateful to Cassandra for her outstanding work and thankful for the friendship we developed along the way. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Art in Motion!
