    Great Wedding Experience

    Jesse did an amazing job! Without her, I honestly think our wedding would have been a catastrophe. She stepped in and picked up the slack from our venue, making sure everything stayed on track. We were able to enjoy our wedding because we knew she had everything under control. We can’t recommend her enough!

    If you’re looking for the best coordinator, photographer/videographer reach out to Fresh Capsule Vibes LLC Jesse and her team were absolutely amazing!! They crushed it for our wedding! They were so easy to work with and the camera crew were so nice and friendly! From day one of booking Jesse and her team they were on top of everything from working with our venue, vendors, and everyone else involved! She communicated so well and made sure our wedding day was perfect and it was!

    So helpful every step of the way!

    We knew that we wanted to have Jesse, and FCV very early on, so we booked them right after booking our venue two years before the wedding. We initially had them only booked for photography and videography, then after some thought realized we would need more help, and added coordination in too. They were so helpful when we decided to have an intimate ceremony and used our “engagement” shoot for our wedding, then added in a second shoot for announcements, and adding in bridals as well. Jesse and her team were so incredibly professional and made wedding planning seamless! The big day was flawless and it was like working with a friend, they made sure the whole day ran smoothly and I can’t recommend their services enough.

    Jessie was exactly who we needed

    I knew my granddaughter in Kansas needed help for her Texas wedding. After speaking to several wedding coordinators I sensed Jessie would be a good fit for us. A phone meeting was arranged between them and immediately Jessie took over the details my granddaughter desperately needed. It was extremely comforting to have Jessie’s expertise on board and her calm demeanor was a godsend. Her energy on wedding day was amazing and everything was so well coordinated and her finishing setup was beautiful. Even with an unexpected issue we faced she was quick to offer an alternate solution and I’ll always be grateful for that. Today is my granddaughter’s one month anniversary and a mix of wonderful memories surface and Jessie will always be a wonderful part of that day. You will not go wrong having her on board for your wedding planning. Thank you again Jessie.

If it’s the vibe, to move forward, we do require a 50% non-refundable retainer with a signed contract. The final balance would then be due no later than 1 month prior to your wedding day!
Although it isn’t necessary nor required to pay the balance upfront, we happily will waive the sales tax.
