Thank you for your feedback. While we respect every couple’s perspective, there are several important points that should be clarified so future clients have accurate context. Fresh Capsule Vibes LLC was contracted for Partial Planning services to accommodate the $1,400.00 budget Trent specifically requested. In order to work within that budget, several services and items that are typically included in our partial planning package were removed from the contract. Additionally, per the planning sheet the couple initially shared, the majority of vendors had already been secured prior to hiring us. The couple indicated that the only vendor they still needed assistance with was a florist, which we did assist in sourcing. Throughout the planning process, communication became increasingly difficult to manage. Multiple new email threads were frequently created with different subject lines for ongoing items, which made it challenging to keep conversations organized and track updates efficiently. In addition, several vendors referenced in this review were booked independently by the couple without our involvement or prior knowledge. As the wedding approached, additional requests and responsibilities were added that extended beyond the scope of the contracted services and the original vision shared with us. In order to support the couple and help ensure the wedding day ran smoothly, I went above and beyond by hiring an assistant at my own expense to assist with setup, which was not included in the package. Due to the number of added tasks and logistical requests, the venue staff also assisted with certain coordination elements on the day of the wedding. Unfortunately, communication and interactions were at times challenging. There were instances where the groom, as well as the father of the groom, were unprofessional and disrespectful, which made coordination more difficult. Despite this, we remained professional and continued focusing on executing the wedding day successfully. Regarding church coordination, because the church provided its own church coordinator, it was communicated in advance that the church coordinator would oversee and manage the rehearsal and ceremony logistics. We coordinated the necessary meetings and communication leading up to the event. At the rehearsal, it was confirmed that there was no need for our presence, and this was agreed upon. Fresh Capsule Vibes honored the agreement and continued to provide support throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. This experience reinforced the importance of clearly defined service boundaries, and we have since updated our contracts and policies to better clarify expectations and scope for future couples.
