She was an invaluable resource that alleviated most of the stress surrounding coordination and planning leading up to and on the big day. She asked great questions and really understood our vision and goals for the day. She took the brunt of communicating with vendors and managing any issues that arose. She realized before I did that I didn’t have my vow book during the ceremony and when I turned to say something about it, there she was handing it to me. And to top it all off, it poured rain on our wedding day but thanks to her and her team, it barely affected anything. She was a joy to have with us on the wedding day and talking to her every week leading up to the wedding was like a much needed therapy session haha. “From the first time I spoke to Codi, I knew we were in amazing hands with her as our wedding planner! She made our entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable - seriously I would have been lost without her! The planning process was so seamless and Codi thought of everything that I never would have even began to think about to make our day go so smoothly. Our wedding day was unseasonably hot at 105 degrees, but Codi and her team didn’t miss a beat! I thought I would be stressed about not being able to see our ceremony or reception space set up ahead of time, but by the day of the wedding I was so calm and had complete trust in Codi & her team to bring the vision to life. My jaw literally dropped when we walked into our reception for the first time - it was better than I could have even imagined. I kept saying to my husband, “I can’t believe this is OUR wedding”, it was seriously better than we could have even imagined. I cannot overstate how amazing of a planner and support Angela is. She responded immediately every time I texted with a question, helped me with making decisions and understanding the language vendors were using, and advocated for me when it mattered. “Maria at Wolford Weddings and her assistant Brandy were simply the best! Maria was professional from the time she took us on to the very end. We had zoom calls, an in person meeting, and a dress rehearsal that took away all the stress of executing our wedding. If we had questions she had the answers or found them out! She was very knowledgeable! She was always on time and gave great advice/ suggestions on aspects of the wedding. She coordinated with all our vendors and the venue so we didn't need to. We were extremely happy with the wedding from beginning to end. We loved that Maria cared about the little details. If decor was lacking in a spot she she was prepared to make it aesthetically pleasing. Last minute the venue borrowed an arch and she made sure to get it set up and beautiful, she even found some fabric to drape over it! Made for a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony and photos! She even had electrolyte mix for me when my legs cramped up on the dance floor! Also, my heart was so warmed when I seen her assistant Brandy helping my grandparents get their food. It's the little things like that kind act that makes for memorable/ touching moments. They truly went above and beyond what you would expect from a wedding coordinator! If you want someone who truly cares about the entire wedding process from beginning to end AND about you, your future spouse, your family and guests then book Wolford Weddings! “We absolutely loved working with Liz for our wedding. She was hired to be our day-of-coordinator and was amazing to work with. We had meetings every few weeks about 3-4 months prior to the wedding and she helped us shape our wedding vision, color scheme, and offered a lot of helpful advice and suggestions to make sure we had all facets of the wedding covered. I had a magical forest theme for my wedding and she knew exactly how I can convert our wedding venue to that theme and also offered suggestions on what decor I can buy to bring the vision to life. She is also such a kind and beautiful person that also represented me and my husband's best interests and would express our wishes to our vendors. On the day before and on the day of our wedding, she and her wonderful team of assistants helped us decorate our venue to match our vision. We had quite an extensive decor list and her and her team knocked it out of the park! Not only that, but she worked very well behind the scenes throughout the wedding to make sure everything was taken care of and so we didn't have to worry about anything. The one time when there was an issue, we had a vendor that showed up quite late, Liz quietly pulled us aside and helped us contact the vendor and took care of the details so we didn't have to worry about it anymore. I highly recommend Liz and her company to help you with your wedding-you won't regret it!”

“We had Spellman Weddings as our day-of coordinator, and they truly made sure everything went off without a hitch. They even took care of the decorating, which was a huge help, and the entire day ran incredibly smoothly. One of the biggest weights off my shoulders was how they handled all vendor logistics. Weeks before the wedding, Brianna took over communication with every vendor, confirmed arrival times, and managed all the details so I didn’t have to. It made such a difference, and multiple vendors even commented on how professional and on top of everything she and her team were. We also had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, which is not typical for a day-of coordinator. That was such a huge benefit of working with Brianna, her unlimited communication and willingness to meet made us feel so supported throughout the entire process. She is as accommodating as they come and truly made our day not only magical, but beyond our wildest dreams. Her vision for the décor was absolutely perfect. I gave her the freedom to take some creative liberties, and when I arrived, everything looked even better than I imagined. Her team did a phenomenal job, remained extremely professional & positive, and created such a seamless experience. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day, which feels unheard of. The only exception was a bizarre situation with our photographer (which was out of everyone’s control) and Brianna handled it with so much grace that we were still able to have the most amazing day. I would use them 1,000 times over if I could and will be recommending them to anyone looking for coordination, planning, or anything wedding related. Not only did they blow us away at the wedding, but they definitely became friends. You don’t only get a professional team, but a fun and loving one that truly cares about you and your day. I attended a wedding she planned at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, and it was the kind of event that feels effortless as a guest—because everything behind the scenes is being handled perfectly. What impressed me even more is that I also experienced Jenna’s work in a totally different setting: she organized a 1920s-style murder mystery event on New Year’s Eve at West Rose Tasting Room, and it was phenomenal. “Sarah and Alden at Vacay Mode Travels. I can’t recommend them enough!! I stumbled upon them while trying to attempt this on my own and they saved me so much time and money!! From the jump we had a meeting to discuss our wants/desires/location/time of year/guest count - and narrowed down to our three choices of resorts. We decided to pick Majestic SIGHT UNSEEN (not like me AT ALL). But because they had had other couples get married here it settled all my fears. I never once coordinated with the wedding department myself, Sarah tackled all of that for me. About once month we had meetings to discuss (to do list, what needed to be done that month (ie: save the dates, head count with guest booking, changing room block count, excursion booking, honeymoon booking, guest transportation, suggestion on external vendors, reminders about vendor fees) THEY DID IT ALL. They saved us so much money with how we did the room block and navigated booking ALL of our guest, tracking head count, transportations. I have seen so many brides in this group posting about hidden fees, I had NONE. No surprises or anything come payment. BOOK THEM I promise it will be the best decision if you are freshly planning a destination wedding and feel lost.”

“I can only imagine what our wedding day would have been like without Lisa. We probably would have been pulled left and right, stressed about what goes where, who is helping with what, freaking out about things we may have forgotten, coordinating with all the vendors, etc. I honestly don’t know how people do this without a wedding planner. Instead, Lisa and her team handled it all and we just got to enjoy our day from the moment we woke up to the end of the night. She will keep you in check to make sure everything is covered and thought out prior to the wedding day. She will coordinate with your vendors as needed. Our wedding was in Bisbee, Arizona so there are a lot of little things to think about getting everything we wanted to that location but Lisa helped us figure it out.
