Description

With full-service planning, you can give me your budget and some ideas of what you are looking for and let us plan the day for you. Completely stress free- you just show up.

I come in 6 months out and help arrange any last minute details. Help with anything that you are stuck on and connect with all your vendors you have secured.

I come in 30 days before the wedding and hear all the details and help things run smoothly the day of. This includes ceremony rehearsal as well.

    I hired Charity from Sunflower Events Company for day-of coordination, and I am STILL blown away by how incredible she was. Even though it was only a day-of package, she showed up with the level of care, attention, and dedication you’d expect from a full-service planner. When my event rental company only dropped off the chairs, Charity was the one who stepped in and set them all up for the ceremony, without a hint of hesitation. She also gathered all of my décor totes from our Airbnb and completely handled the setup for both the ceremony and the reception. Every detail was thoughtfully placed and exactly how I imagined it. She was so present, organized, and on top of everything that I truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Charity made my entire day run smoothly and stress-free, and I am forever grateful. If you’re getting married, do yourself a favor and hire her. She is truly amazing!

    Charity made our day so so special and we were so happy to have her there as our day-of planner! She communicated with us often and helped remind us of details to make the day smooth. I especially appreciated her working directly with our vendors and with my family to make sure the vision was carried out to a T! It was such a good experience working with her and would highly recommend!!

    Charity made our day the most special. Planning a wedding from abroad was stressful, but Charity jumped in and made things flawless. I was hesitant about having a big wedding because it can be so stressful to plan and after seeing so many of my friends so stressed about their weddings, I was scared. Thankfully Charity made sure things were easy-peasy as they could be. She remained calm and collected at all times and was willing to help with all the little details, even helping my husband pick his tux when I felt overwhelmed. If I ever had to plan a wedding again (thank god I don't!), I would hire Charity and her team in a heartbeat.
