    We used Bubbly for month of wedding coordination for our wedding in Scottsdale. We had a little over 100 guests and a lot going on, and once Jenna stepped in during the final month, everything instantly felt calmer. I regret not using her sooner! She handled all vendor communication, timelines, and all the little details we were stressing about so we could actually enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding. And her team did it seamlessly. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and we never felt rushed or worried. She handled issues before they even became problems, which made all the difference. We were able to be fully present with our guests knowing everything was taken care of. Jenna is organized, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about her couples. We cannot recommend Bubbly enough.

    Jenna at Bubbly Affairs is truly exceptional. I attended a wedding she planned at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, and it was the kind of event that feels effortless as a guest—because everything behind the scenes is being handled perfectly. The overall décor had a classic feel with a unique modern touch, and the timeline, flow, and organization were flawless from start to finish. Every transition felt intentional, nothing dragged, and nothing felt rushed—just seamless. What impressed me even more is that I also experienced Jenna’s work in a totally different setting: she organized a 1920s-style murder mystery event on New Year’s Eve at West Rose Tasting Room, and it was phenomenal. The food and drinks were great, the costumes and décor were on point, and the actors were fantastic—engaging, entertaining, and perfectly paced. It takes real talent to execute both an elegant wedding and an immersive themed event, and Jenna absolutely nailed both. Jenna is a great communicator, calm under pressure, incredibly organized, and outstanding at vendor coordination. On top of that, she’s friendly and personable—someone you genuinely enjoy having around during a high-stakes day. If you want a planner who will make your event feel elevated, seamless, and stress-free, I can’t recommend Jenna and Bubbly Affairs enough.

    Hiring Jenna as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the moment she and her team arrived, everything felt personable, organized, seamless, and totally stress-free. They handled the timeline, managed the vendors, and styled every detail so beautifully that we were able to be fully present with our guests. Even when unexpected hiccups came up, Bubbly solved them before we even knew there was an issue. We truly felt like guests at our own wedding and actually got to enjoy every moment worry-free, which is priceless.     I originally hired Bubbly just for our engagement party to ‘test the waters’ and wow, they blew me away. Everything was seamless, creative, and way more fun than I expected. After that night, there was no question: they were planning our wedding too. Bubbly made the whole process feel exciting instead of stressful, and every detail felt so personal and thoughtful.
