I’ve been planning events since 2002, serving as a liaison to Major League Baseball and the International Olympic Committee—experiences that honed my eye for detail and elevated my standard for excellence. My love for weddings led me to Philadelphia, where I managed over 200 weddings before stepping into the role of Festival Director for the Philadelphia International Music Festival, working alongside members of The Philadelphia Orchestra. I launched Kristi Marie Events in 2017, a boutique wedding planning company dedicated to turning your special day into a stress-free and beautifully curated experience.

It's me! I have been in the Event Industry 20-plus years. Yup, I'm that old! 😂 I have been a part of over 2,000 events.⁣ ⁣ I am engaged in every area of my business. If I ever feel like this can't happen, I choose not to do it.⁣ ⁣ I am building and mentoring a team that shares the same vision and passion for servicing clients.⁣ ⁣ I am attracting aligned clients who feel connected with the high level of professional event planning support we offer for the special moments in their lives. ⁣

    An A experience with a wonderful team!

    The Kristi Marie Events team were a fantastic and 100% worth it addition to our wedding. Throughout the entire planning process, they were available and there to answer my endless questions while also providing insight and feedback when needed. Having Mikayla as our day-of coordinator made everything flow seamlessly and I honestly don't know how I could have done it without her. She provided such a calming presence amidst the chaos of wedding planning. We worked closely to build a timeline that ensured we still had time on our wedding day to truly just be present and enjoy it and she handled everything the day-of to make sure we achieved it! She worked flawlessly with the vendors to keep everything on track and make our wedding what we envisioned. Mikayla handled all of the set-up and tear-down for our wedding with the help of an event assistant and I cannot thank them both enough for how perfectly our day went. If you are considering adding a day-of coordinator or an event assistant, 100% do it. It is SO worth the piece of mind you will have and the way you can feel truly present at your wedding while they handle everything behind the scenes.

    Amazing Team!

    Kristi Marie Events was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Kristi and her team took the lead on all the details, making sure everything was perfect so I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of. I couldn't have valued their support and kindness any more - all the team members were so great to work with. Each package is tailored to the level of service you require, but our most basic package includes an Onboarding Call, Venue Walk, two 1-hour Details Meetings, and unlimited email and phone communications.
Kristi Marie Events, as a company, takes on multiple events on weekends and each day. Your lead Planner and day-of team are assigned to only one event per day, focusing solely on your needs.
