Hi! I'm Abby, your behind the scenes guru of wedding & event planning! I started in the wedding industry when I was 18 working for San Diego Style Weddings and fell in love with the details that come with event planning. And partially thanks to this experience, I have been a bridesmaid 20 times (yes, almost like the movie). The desert is one of the most inspiring places and can provide plenty of great ideas, color schemes, floral ideas, and more! Abby is the BEST
Well, where do I even begin? Abby is an absolute bride’s dream. From the very first conversation we had, I could feel her genuine, kind energy, and I knew immediately she was the person I wanted by my side throughout this process. Abby was our month-of coordinator, and I truly could not be happier with the service she provided. She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and knows the wedding industry inside and out. She shared so many tips and insights that I never would have known if it weren’t for her! She was always there to bounce ideas off of, answer my countless questions, and make me feel so much calmer throughout the planning process. From recommending amazing vendors the moment we signed with her to making sure every detail came together flawlessly on our wedding day, and even checking in after the wedding- she was with us every step of the way. I would trust Abby with my life, but even more importantly, I trusted her completely with our wedding. We truly could not have done it without her, and I am so grateful we found her. 5 stars truly does not say enough...
I had a very large, highly customized wedding with more than 200 guests, a significant vendor team, and countless moving pieces. This was not a traditional venue wedding—it was built entirely from scratch on my parents' ranch in Arizona. Every detail had to be brought in, from infrastructure and rentals to catering and décor. On top of that, our wedding day included multiple locations for getting ready, our church ceremony, portraits, and finally the reception, creating an incredibly complex logistical puzzle. Originally, I hired a luxury wedding planner, but as time went on, I realized I was being treated more like a cookie-cutter client than a bride with a unique vision. The attention to detail simply wasn't there, and I found myself worrying about things that should have been handled by my planning team. Four months before my wedding, I made the difficult decision to part ways and hired Copper Blossom Events — and it was one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process. From day one, Abby stepped in with confidence, organization, and genuine care. She immediately helped me secure and finalize key vendors, including our florist and caterer, organized the dozens of vendors already involved, and helped refine countless details that were important to me personally. What stood out most was that she truly listened. She didn't try to fit my wedding into a template—she worked tirelessly to bring my vision to life while offering thoughtful guidance and creative solutions along the way. Then, the week before the wedding, we were faced with what seemed like an impossible challenge. Rain was suddenly forecasted for our wedding day. While Arizona rain in April seemed unlikely when we originally planned, it became a very real possibility. Abby immediately sprang into action and helped source an incredible tent solution on extremely short notice. This wasn't as simple as renting any tent—we needed something large enough to accommodate over 200 guests while preserving the design, layout, and atmosphere I had spent more than two years carefully planning. Somehow, Abby found a solution that protected our guests while still honoring the aesthetic and experience we had worked so hard to create. Throughout the entire process, Abby remained calm, responsive, detail-oriented, and endlessly supportive. She handled challenges before they became problems, advocated for us with vendors, and allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding weekend instead of managing logistics. My wedding was not an easy event to execute, and I genuinely don't know how we would have pulled it off without her. If you're looking for a planner who cares deeply, thinks several steps ahead, and treats your wedding as if it were her own, Abby is the person you want by your side. Quite Simply, Abby was the BEST!
From the very beginning of the planning process to the very last moments of the wedding day, Abby was nothing short of extraordinary. As the mother of the bride, who had the daunting task of planning this wedding from another state, I cannot express enough how much her presence meant to our entire family. I had the opportunity to work closely with Abby throughout the entire planning process, often taking on details to help keep things off the bride’s plate. Abby was incredible to collaborate with—her communication was clear, consistent, and thoughtful every step of the way. What meant the most to me personally was that Abby didn’t just take care of the bride—she took care of me, too. She made sure that as the mother of the bride, I was able to truly enjoy the day without stress or worry. I never once felt overwhelmed because I knew Abby had everything completely under control. What truly stood out was her unwavering dedication, even under challenging circumstances. On a unexpected 105-degree day, Abby never once let the heat affect her professionalism or energy. She remained fully present and was focused on the Bride’s wellbeing making sure she stayed hydrated and not overheated, literally running behind her with a portable fan, ice cubes, and water. Quite simply, Abby was the best! We feel incredibly lucky to have had her by our side, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a wedding planner who genuinely cares and delivers beyond expectations.

Copper Blossom- excellent to work with!
Abby was amazing to work with! On my wedding day, I knew there was a schedule but I didn't even know what was on it, what time it was, or even where my phone was. My husband and I got to focus completely on enjoying our guests and the experience and Abby made it all run smoothly for us without us even realizing what was happening. I really appreciated that opportunity to just enjoy everything. Abby was also so helpful for all of the planning process- she kept us organized and kept our budget on track. I definitely felt daunted by the wedding planning experience but Abby helped to make it feel easy. She really made a point to understand what I felt nervous about and helped me tackle each of those things and to understand what was most important to us and keep that front and center throughout the planning process. Absolute gem of a planner!
