Kimberly’s Ever After Planning is a dedicated husband and wife wedding planning and coordinating team led by Kimberly, with the support of her husband. Together, they bring a personal touch and shared commitment to creating a truly unforgettable wedding day that’s uniquely yours. Drawing on her own experience as a bride, Kimberly founded this business to give other couples the freedom to enjoy their day while she handles every detail behind the scenes.
Having just been a bride, I know the stress that comes with planning a wedding. As a bride, I realized that no one cared about my wedding the way I did. But I didn’t have me as a coordinator. I will care about your wedding day just as much as you do. I want your day to be about enjoying everything you have planned and waited for. Let me take care of the little things that will pop up, I will help plan your dream wedding from beginning to end. Even if that just means working with me as your day of coordinator. I’m here for all wedding couples, big and small weddings. Allow me to take care of any worries and you begin your ever after.

| Description | This Happily Ever Package is having me as your fairy godmother so to speak! I help with everything from helping with vendor selections to figuring out your venue. I’m also your day of coordinator too! Having just been a bride, I remember what it’s like and I’ll be there for you every step of the way. You can book this package up to two years in advance down to the last minute. | With Partial Planning, I assume most of the vendors have been decided and booked. Here, I help with that 6 month mark stress and vendor/venue communications and coordinations. I also help find and book 2-3 vendors that aren’t booked yet. This price also includes day of coordination. | Unlimited text and emails, wedding day timeline creation, additional wedding day assistant, up to one hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination and day of wedding coordination. |

Magical help for our magical day
An amazing husband and wife team! Kimberly was there to take away any stress. She set up and took down our DIY decor, took behind the scenes footage, made sure we were happy with it all. She even went out of her way to get our favorite coffee to enjoy while getting ready. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help with our special day.
