Hidden Gem!!!
For all the couples getting married, stop what you’re doing and hire Kimberly’s Ever After Planning! Like many of you, I wanted to cut costs down and who needs a wedding planner when you have your mom, best friend, neighbors, and your coffee barista to help? Nope. Think again! I was so overwhelmed with the journey of wedding planning that we almost gave up and eloped. That’s where Kimberly stepped in. She was the calm in the chaos, a true hidden gem and our absolute favorite vendor. She was organized, creative, so kind, and passionate. Above everything else, she is DANG good at what she does. Her husband Travis came in as the ultimate dream team and the execution of our wedding was FLAWLESS. I can’t thank Kimberly and Travis enough for giving my husband and I the peace of mind that everyone getting married should have. No stress, no fuss, nothing. I let go and gave everything to Kimberly and I have no regrets. You won’t either! Thank you Kimberlys Ever After Planning for pulling off the most MAGICAL day!

5 stars isn’t enough!!!
Hiring Kimberly was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. She went above and beyond every step of the way — her communication was amazing, she was incredibly organized, and she made the entire process feel so much less stressful. On the wedding day, everything flowed so smoothly and stayed perfectly on time because of her. So many of our guests and vendors complimented how wonderful she was and how seamlessly everything was run. She handled every detail with such professionalism and care, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day without worrying about anything. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend her enough to any couple planning their wedding! 5 stars all the way.

There are not enough stars to give! Bringing in Kimberly during the final weeks before our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We had a very DIY-heavy wedding with many personal details, and she stepped in seamlessly, quickly understanding our vision and taking so much stress off our shoulders. From organizing décor and managing timelines to handling last-minute details, she went above and beyond in every way. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day. We are so beyond grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough.

So many good reviews for a reason!
Kimberly had so many fantastic reviews on all. platforms that she was the first person we reached out to. Sometimes something seems too good to be true -but that wasn't the case here at all. Kimberly deserves all the praise and more. We were so impressed at the responsiveness and professionalism from Kimberly from our very first call - we booked her immediately afterwards. She was so thoughtful and helpful throughout the process and made everything go so smoothly. She brought up things we didn't think of, sent lots of encouragement and reassurance, and just made us feel better about everything. She and Travis also easily took care of several hiccups on the actual day. We are so thankful we booked Kimberly to help us with our special day!

One of the best decisions we made!
Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!
