Excellent Coordination Team!
Working with Ingrid and her team was a wonderful experience as a fellow wedding vendor. Before the event date communication was friendly and efficient. On event day, they were a pleasure to work with. The day ran beyond smooth and was stress-free. We have been in the industry for at least 10 years and have worked with many vendors. You can tell Ingrid and her team were prepared and professional. They checked in with us and we felt very supported. Would highly recommend for your coordination needs!

Ingrid from Grand Entrance affairs is the best! As a makeup artist, I cherish an organized planner, who connects all the timeline dots, so that I have a calm and confident bride to work on... Amazing Wedding Planner!
I own a wedding entertainment company in SoCal, and we recently had the pleasure of working with Ingrid and Grand Entrance Affairs for a wedding at the La Cañada Thursday Club. Ingrid was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding. Her communication was prompt, thorough, and friendly. She was extremely organized and accounted for every detail. This wedding had many moving parts (harpist, saxophonist, DJ, photo booth, catering, etc) and everything went smoothly the day of. She made my job as a wedding vendor easy, and the couple was very happy with their wedding. I happily recommend Ingrid and her team to anyone looking for a great wedding planner!

Amazing Wedding Coordinator!
