Best of the best!!!!
Ingrid went above and beyond, from the first phone call, to the wedding day itself. Her and her team made me feel heard and seen, and absolutely brought my vision to life with every detail. At one point, Ingrid herself, provided me security because it became too overwhelmed with the attention as a bride. I am so grateful for the consistency and empathy that was given to us throughout this process. If I could give 1000 starts, I would. They helped make our special day absolutely unforgettable. Thank you so much Ingrid!!!!

Truly a pleasure to work with!
As a wedding DJ, I work with a lot of coordinators, and I can confidently say Ingrid was outstanding. Her communication leading up to the event was clear, prompt, and professional, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved. On the wedding day, a few changes came up, and Ingrid handled them seamlessly. She adapted quickly, kept everything on track, and made sure all vendors were informed so the event continued without any issues. From my perspective, that kind of flexibility and organization makes a huge difference in how successful a wedding is. Ingrid - outstanding professional!

Invaluable and Amazing Planning/Coordinating!
Ingrid and the entire Grand Entrance Affairs team was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, Ingrid went above and beyond in every possible way. She was incredibly knowledgeable, endlessly friendly, and always prepared with multiple backup plans so we never had to worry about a thing. We had a complicated destination wedding, with a high guest count and multiple moving parts. Despite this, Ingrid never ceased to keep our wants at the forefront, helping us through our self doubt. There were times when it felt so overwhelming and we considered dropping certain parts of our dream wedding--Ingrid would have none of that, doing everything she could to make our dreams come true. Throughout the entire process, we truly felt like she was in our corner, advocating for us and making sure our vision came to life. Hiring her was one of the best choices we made for our wedding—we couldn’t imagine the day without her.
