Description	I come in 4-6 months before your wedding, review your contracts, give suggestions & expert advice, communicate with vendors you book throughout the process, collect their insurance. There are 5-7 meetings over Zoom to flush the timeline each time and walk through the venue. Any changes I relay to vendors and coordinate with wedding party. I make the master timeline. You also get a complimentary copy of my "ULTIMATE Wedding Planning Guide".	I come in 1-2 months before your wedding, review your contracts (I usually find something that needs revision or updates!) I then build a minute-by-minute master timeline which will be given to the vendors. We will have 3 meetings over Zoom to flush the timeline each time and have a walk through of the venue. The final month, I contact the vendors to confirm everything. I also give you a complimentary copy of "ULTIMATE Wedding Planning Guide".

A happy bride & groom
We are so grateful we had Trang. We loved having her kind, calm, chill energy in the months leading up to the wedding and on the big day. When we booked her, we had already picked a venue that is all-inclusive, booked all our other vendors, and did not want creative design direction. So we just needed someone to coordinate everything and tie all our details together in a bow. We actually had difficulty finding the right coordinator and inquired with multiple people, but we chose Trang because she was the only one that welcomed us to text her any questions leading up to her start date (two months before the wedding). Even though we actually didn't have to reach out with questions much at all, it was her openness and willingness to help that made us trust her and want to work with her. Then when we hit the two month til wedding day mark, right as wedding planning was getting overwhelming for us, she took so much stress off our backs by putting together our master schedule and started communicating with vendors for us. On the wedding day: she set up all of our decor, was on top of the schedule, and made some great game-day decisions. Even our other vendors talked about how wonderful she was to work with.

Awesome Wedding Planner!
I recently worked with Trang for a wedding at the Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades (I own a wedding DJ company). Trang's communication leading up to the event was extremely thorough, and really helped everything run smoothly the day of the wedding. Everything came together the day-of and the decor was beautiful. The timeline was on schedule the entire night. Trang was also pleasant and very easy to work with. The couple was elated and very happy with how their wedding went. I would gladly work with Trang and her team again anytime!

Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!!!
Choosing Trang as our day of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. She is both professional and feels like your best friend that day taking care of you. From our first meeting I could tell she pays close attention to details and is able to even fill in blind spots you might have on your wedding day due to her vast experience. She perfectly curates a minute to minute timeline that includes reminders and special behind the scene details that help you feel more at ease. I can be somewhat type A and want to control everything, but on the day of my wedding I was able to completely relax and let Trang take over because I know we went over every detail. She even made sure to have drinks ready for us during cocktail hour and feed us our hors d'oeuvres so we could taste them before our guests started filling in. You always hear the bride and groom never eat during dinner, but we got our meals before the guests, which was great because we then had to go table to table to greet guests during dinner service. She’s great at sticking to a schedule, but also knows the importance of being flexible since the speeches and wedding games kinda went out of schedule, and she was able to easily make the mistake look as if it was a part of the wedding schedule. She took care of me and my husband as if we were family and we were able to completely 100% enjoy our wedding. I feel like this review is not doing justice to what a great job she did for us. Do not hesitate including Trang as part of your special day. This will be one of the most important wedding decisions you will make for the day of your wedding.

Amazing coordinator
Trang was very kind and down to earth. She was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She didn’t micro manage us vendors and she seemed to be on top of everything making sure everything was going smooth. Thanks to her communication skills this wedding we worked on went really well!
