We handle it all from being the day of contact for venue/vendors, helping with decor/setup, guest flow, timeline management and so much more. Let us be there for you to manage it all on your special day so you can be stress free and present for all the special moments.

Description

Be the primary contact for venue/vendors. Handle all inter-vendor communications on day of. Help with decor/set up. Execute processional/grand entrance. Manage guest flow. Pay/tip vendors at the close of the event. Make sure venue is cleared at close of event. Handle any troubleshooting or emergencies throughout the day.

    This wasn’t the review I thought I’d be writing

    We had high hopes going into this and truly wanted to trust the process. Of course, no wedding is perfect and things come up especially day of with vendors and moving parts, and we fully understood that. That’s exactly why we hired a coordinator: to lean on her expertise and have someone manage those moments so we could stay present. Her communication leading up to the wedding was strong. She was responsive, available when we had questions, and quick to follow up, which gave us confidence going into the day. However, once the wedding day arrived, things fell short in a way we didn’t expect. Instead of issues being handled, many were brought to us and our family without solutions. We repeatedly had to step in to manage situations throughout the day, which took away from our ability to actually enjoy our wedding. There was also a lack of direction during key moments like the ceremony and processional, and at times she was unavailable for extended periods when needed. Overall, there was a clear lack of coordination and follow-through. After the wedding, we reached out to share our experience. While we did receive one response, our concerns were not meaningfully acknowledged, and communication eventually stopped altogether. If I could give myself one piece of advice at the start of wedding planning, it would be to choose a coordinator who is not only organized, but truly solution oriented and able to step in effectively when things shift in real time. That’s what we believed we were hiring, but that’s not what we experienced. This is such an important day, and not one you get to redo. For that reason alone, it felt important to share our experience honestly.

    Self Starter w Flawless & Headache-Free Execution

    Sabina was the star of our wedding night. She did a wonderful job assisting all of our vendors with their assignments and handling miscellaneous tasks of organizing and setting up odds and ends we left for her (with little instruction). At no point throughout our wedding did we or any of our loved ones have to think about logistics, organization, decoration or cleaning. She also was great at helping manage family dynamics! We were able to fully enjoy every moment of the day knowing if anything came up she was ready for it. She brought many of her own tools to keep her prepared for any situation and was incredibly comforting at each stage of the night. I highly recommend Sabina as a planner and even more-so recommend her as a person! I don't plan on getting married again, but if I do I know Sabina will be there.

    THE BEST

    I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Sabina is. I trusted her completely from the second I spoke to her and was able to completely enjoy my wedding because of her attention to detail. I would have been an absolute wreck without her help.

    Amazing help!

    Blooming Plan and Organize was an excellent choice for our wedding planning needs. Their communication throughout the process was very good - they were responsive, attentive, and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of their work and the value they provided was outgoing and she took action. They helped put out any fires that came up and kept the show on schedule, making everything very seamless for us as the bride and groom.     Excellent

    Blooming Plan and Organize (Sabina Shah) was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, her communication was friendly, quick, and incredibly accommodating - she was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. The quality of her work and the value she provided were beyond excellent. She was flexible, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, never getting frustrated no matter the challenge. Sabina helped keep us calm throughout the planning process, seamlessly coordinating with all of our vendors and taking care of every little detail so we could truly enjoy our special day.
