We handle it all from being the day of contact for venue/vendors, helping with decor/setup, guest flow, timeline management and so much more. Description

Be the primary contact for venue/vendors. Handle all inter-vendor communications on day of. Help with decor/set up. Execute processional/grand entrance. Manage guest flow. Pay/tip vendors at the close of the event. Make sure venue is cleared at close of event. Handle any troubleshooting or emergencies throughout the day.

    Excellent and Professional Service

    Sabina offered kind and professional service that really helped to make our day special, stress-free, and as imagined (and better!). Sabina was helpful along the way, always available to answer questions and offer vendor information. We were very appreciative of the walkthrough before the wedding with Sabina where she brought up points we hadn't thought of, and asked us questions to make sure the day went as we liked. During the actual wedding, Sabina was working behind the scenes to make sure we were on time and everything was going as planned. We were really glad we had Sabina to guide us before and during the wedding. I highly recommend Sabina's services!

    The BEST wedding/event coordinator

    We were referred to Sabina by a friend and from the start we felt confident in her. We went over all details at our final walkthrough and she executed very well. Anything we missed, she handled seamlessly on her own. To walk in to our reception and see the whole room set perfectly really made us feel so relieved and happy that we had her.

    Service Was Priceless

    On the day of, Sabina was excellent, we didn't have to worry about anything. She was also beyond helpful during the lead up to the big day. She assisted with the timeline and guided us through the many things you just don't know when you are planning a wedding for the first time. That help was priceless to us. We highly recommend!

    This isn’t the review I thought I’d be writing

    We had high hopes going into this and truly wanted to trust the process. Of course, no wedding is perfect and things come up especially day of with vendors and moving parts, and we fully understood that. That's exactly why we hired a coordinator: to lean on her expertise and have someone manage those moments so we could stay present. Her communication leading up to the wedding was strong. She was responsive, available when we had questions, and quick to follow up, which gave us confidence going into the day. However, once the wedding day arrived, things fell short in ways we didn't expect. Instead of issues being handled, many were brought to us and our family without solutions, despite all planning details being updated and maintained in our shared planning docs. We repeatedly had to step in to manage situations throughout the day, which took away from our ability to actually enjoy our wedding. There was also a lack of direction during key moments like the ceremony and processional, and at times she was unavailable for extended periods, to the point that we had to call her during the reception. Overall, there was a clear lack of coordination and follow-through. After the wedding, we reached out to share our experience. While we did receive one response, our concerns were not meaningfully acknowledged and communication eventually stopped altogether. If I could give myself one piece of advice at the start of wedding planning, it would be to choose a coordinator who is not only organized, but truly solution oriented and able to step in effectively when things shift in real time. That’s what we believed we were hiring, but that’s not what we experienced. This is such an important day, and not one you get to redo. For that reason alone, it felt important to share our experience honestly.

    We are sad to hear your experience with Blooming Plan and Organize was not positive. It’s important to note that as a day of coordinator, we can only work with the info you provide us. When music plans for your processional were changed without any notice, we worked with your vendors and adjusted. When your DJ refused to make any announcements or speak at all, we stepped in and coached a member of your party to emcee and announce your grand entrance, speeches, dances and cake cutting. When unexpected guests arrived, we worked with the venue to create additional seating and last minute meals. In addition, we arrived at the venue an hour early and happily stayed an hour past our contracted time. Because that’s what we do; we go above and beyond to make sure your day runs smoothly. While we understand that there are times when all of a client’s expectations can’t be met, at Blooming Plan and Organize, we are confident in our work and stand by it. We are sorry you were not completely satisfied, but we truly hope you can hold good memories of your special day moving forward. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness.

    Self Starter w Flawless & Headache-Free Execution

    Sabina was the star of our wedding night. She did a wonderful job assisting all of our vendors with their assignments and handling miscellaneous tasks of organizing and setting up odds and ends we left for her (with little instruction). At no point throughout our wedding did we or any of our loved ones have to think about logistics, organization, decoration or cleaning. She also was great at helping manage family dynamics! We were able to fully enjoy every moment of the day knowing if anything came up she was ready for it. She brought many of her own tools to keep her prepared for any situation and was incredibly comforting at each stage of the night. I highly recommend Sabina as a planner and even more-so recommend her as a person! I don't plan on getting married again, but if I do I know Sabina will be there.
