At Blooming Plan and Organize, we specialize in Day of Coordination. If you are looking for someone to come in and manage your wedding day, look no further. We ensure all vendors get in on time, help with set up & decor, make sure everything runs according to a tight schedule, manage guest flow, pay all vendors at close of event and make sure everything is wrapped. We have experience in executing weddings, food & beverage and design & visuals. Let us be there for you to handle it all on your big day so you can be stress free and present for all the special moments.

Blooming Plan and Organize offers guidance and support through the planning process. Most day of coordinators are hired strictly for the day of and don't prefer to be bothered much before then. But at Blooming, we include that service in your rate. You can call, text or email us at any time for advice on things like budget, timeline, contracts etc.

Description

Make sure all vendors arrive on time. Be the primary contact for venue/vendors. Help with decor/set up. Make sure everything runs according to a tight schedule. Help to arrange processional and grand entrances. Manage guest flow. Pay/tip vendors at the close of the event. Make sure venue is cleared at end of night. Handle any troubleshooting or emergencies throughout the day. BONUS: Venue walkthrough on a separate date included!

    Sabina was the star of our wedding night. She did a wonderful job assisting all of our vendors with their assignments and handling miscellaneous tasks of organizing and setting up odds and ends we left for her (with little instruction). At no point throughout our wedding did we or any of our loved ones have to think about logistics, organization, decoration or cleaning. She also was great at helping manage family dynamics! We were able to fully enjoy every moment of the day knowing if anything came up she was ready for it. She brought many of her own tools to keep her prepared for any situation and was incredibly comforting at each stage of the night. I highly recommend Sabina as a planner and even more-so recommend her as a person! I don't plan on getting married again, but if I do I know Sabina will be there.

    I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Sabina is. I trusted her completely from the second I spoke to her and was able to completely enjoy my wedding because of her attention to detail. I would have been an absolute wreck without her help.

    Blooming Plan and Organize was an excellent choice for our wedding planning needs.     Blooming Plan and Organize (Sabina Shah) was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding.
