We have been planning and coordinating events for over 15 years. It started with my own events. Then doing family and friends. Ultimately starting my own company and doing more events. I have experience negotiating with vendors, getting my clients the best price possible. Hiring a Wedding coordinator is one of the smartest decisions you could make.     Hired Patrice as a day of coordinator and she was amazing. Even before the wedding, she would text me, simply to check up on me. Patrice created my timeline, set up all decor, and ensured the day went by smoothly. She is professional, kind, and great at her job. I recommended her! Hire her!

    At first I thought I did not need a coordinator but I'm so glad that my husband and I hired Patrice. There are so many moving parts to a wedding and things you don't even think of sometimes so it was great having Patrice and her team there. Patrice was so patient when working on our timeline and she and her team even offered to help my family with set up of the venue. She communicated with our vendors and really listened to our wishes for our special day. There were many curve balls, last minute things, and hiccups here and there but Patrice and her team gracefully tackled everything. When she would see something was wrong, she would check in to see what she can do. She made sure we were hydrated and always kept us and everyone else on schedule. I can't imagine how I would've enjoyed my wedding day without Elegant Wedding Services! Thank you so much for being a part of our special day!

    My husband and I just got married in November and we were hesitant about getting a day of coordinator at first but after speaking to Patrice we knew we had to have her help us. Having Patrice and her team by our side made our wedding go perfectly. She made sure we stayed on time throughout the whole night and not a single detail was missed. She was very, kind, patient, attentive and communicative with us, everything and everyone around her. We really appreciate how attentive she was to us with everything going on. With everything we got very lucky finding her and we’re very thankful to have had her apart of our day.
