My team and I bring a sense of calm to our clients. I started doing weddings & events for family & friends & my passion & excitement to see others happy, just grew. Description

Our Full Wedding Planning Package offers support with all elements of wedding planning ranging everywhere from budget management to vendor selection to deciding on the perfect napkin fold! We listen and take notes to carefully gain an understanding of your values, visions, preferences, etc. not only for your actual wedding day, but also for the wedding planning process.

Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full-Service package. This package is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.

Already have a venue and most of your vendors? Want to make sure everything goes smoothly, so you and your partner can enjoy the day and your guests without worrying about the details or the logistics of the day? I'll work with you from the day you sign our contract leading up to your wedding, and will be onsite throughout the event to ensure your vision comes to life. Any problems that arise, I will be there to intercept and resolve.

    Patrice and her team are absolutely phenomenal! I appreciated all her hard work from a month out to the end of the wedding night. She worked so hard on the day of the wedding, pivoting and handling last-minute weather changes, and did an awesome job! She is so sweet and understanding, and she wanted to make sure we were well taken care of that day, and we appreciated it so much.     Wedding Day of Coordinator

    Hiring a day-of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding, and I cannot recommend Patrice and her team enough. From start to finish, the communication was seamless. She kept me and all of our vendors perfectly aligned, which took a massive weight off my shoulders. She went above and beyond by coordinating with all of our vendors well before the wedding, ensuring everyone was on the same page. Throughout the event, she kept us strictly on schedule and acted as the perfect liaison between vendors, proactively resolving any conflicts or concerns behind the scenes so we never had to worry. Her ability to manage the logistics and keep the day flowing perfectly allowed us to stay completely present and stress-free. Having our ceremony and reception at two different locations felt like a daunting task to manage, but she handled every detail with such professionalism and grace. Because of her and her incredibly kind and efficient team, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day without worry. They executed every element flawlessly, creating an experience that was even more beautiful and smooth than I ever could have imagined. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and thoughtfulness throughout this entire process. Our wedding was absolutely wonderful all thanks to them.

    Patrice was amazing!!!!!

    Patrice was amazing!!! We had some issues with our hotel though the back and forth emails and Patrice stepped up to them and help resolve the issues!!!!!!!! Patrice responded to every email quickly and gave us detailed answers, which made planning so much easier. When we hit a snag with our hotel the day before, she jumped on the phone and sorted it out right away—honestly, I was pretty stressed about it, but she handled everything perfectly. Her team showed up ready to execute our vision exactly how we wanted it, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our wedding special. From start to finish, they put in the effort to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We couldn't have asked for better support on our wedding day!!!

We’ve done over 1,500 weddings.
No, we do not. We like to give our clients all of our attention by focusing on them. Having multiple weddings would mentally divide our time and to us that is doing a disservice to both clients. The weekend of your wedding we are completely focused on you.
We do all events.
Some clients I communicate with every other day, some once a month. Others not until a week or a few days before their event. It’s whatever my clients need from me. We are here every step of the way.
A signed contract and a deposit is required to secure your date. Once both are received, your date is blocked out and the fun begins. We will be there every step of the way.
We take all major credit cards with a 3% fee. American Express is a 4% fee. Zelle, Venmo & Cash App are all accepted & free.
We do offer payment plans for couples that book us at least 6 months out from there wedding. For specific details, please reach out to us.
