Our Full Wedding Planning Package offers support with all elements of wedding planning ranging everywhere from budget management to vendor selection to deciding on the perfect napkin fold! We listen and take notes to carefully gain an understanding of your values, visions, preferences, etc. not only for your actual wedding day, but also for the wedding planning process.

Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full-Service package. This package is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.

Already have a venue and most of your vendors? Want to make sure everything goes smoothly, so you and your partner can enjoy the day and your guests without worrying about the details or the logistics of the day? I'll work with you from the day you sign our contract leading up to your wedding, and will be onsite throughout the event to ensure your vision comes to life. Any problems that arise, I will be there to intercept and resolve.

    Patrice was amazing!!!!!

    Patrice was amazing!!! We had some issues with our hotel though the back and forth emails and Patrice stepped up to them and help resolve the issues!!!!!!!! Patrice responded to every email quickly and gave us detailed answers, which made planning so much easier. When we hit a snag with our hotel the day before, she jumped on the phone and sorted it out right away—honestly, I was pretty stressed about it, but she handled everything perfectly. Her team showed up ready to execute our vision exactly how we wanted it, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our wedding special. From start to finish, they put in the effort to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We couldn't have asked for better support on our wedding day!!!

    Cannot appreciate Patrice and her team enough

    I’ve only met Patrice twice, once during the ceremony rehearsal, once on my wedding day, but I feel like I’ve known her for a long time as a great friend. She is so sweet, caring, and passionate about what she does. Even though we only hired her for the wedding day coordination, she spent a lot of time and effort communicating with us and our vendors before the event to ensure we have a smooth timeline and every detail will be taken care of. She and her team showed up on time, set up the venue exactly as I envisioned, and worked so hard so I didn’t have to worry about a thing as the bride. Lots of my guests appreciated how beautiful and fun my wedding was, and I knew it wouldn’t happen without Patrice and team’s great work. Thank you so much!

    Best Planner Ever

    I don’t even know where to begin. I am so pleased I went with Patrice and her team as my day of coordinator. She also did a lot more than just day of! She made plans for us and talked to all of the vendors, conducted our rehearsal, worked with the venue, and took care of all those nitty gritty details. I’m pretty type A and was probably emailing her more than I should have for only choosing the day of package (lol), but she always responded promptly and kindly to every little thing I had to say. Her team was so nice and so professional and they really made me feel like they cared about my wedding - like it was more than just the next job they had. My only regret was not hiring them sooner - I could have saved myself a lot of time and energy. Thank you Patrice and team. Mike and I could not stop talking about how you guys took care of everything and kept things running smoothly!

We’ve done over 1,500 weddings.
No, we do not. We like to give our clients all of our attention by focusing on them. Having multiple weddings would mentally divide our time and to us that is doing a disservice to both clients. The weekend of your wedding we are completely focused on you.
We do all events.
Some clients I communicate with every other day, some once a month. Others not until a week or a few days before their event. It’s whatever my clients need from me. We are here every step of the way.
A signed contract and a deposit is required to secure your date. Once both are received, your date is blocked out and the fun begins. We will be there every step of the way.
We take all major credit cards with a 3% fee. American Express is a 4% fee. Zelle, Venmo & Cash App are all accepted & free.
We do offer payment plans for couples that book us at least 6 months out from there wedding. For specific details, please reach out to us.
