From Planning to Execution, I view everything as if it was my own event, so I strive for perfection in everything! I love to craft and can make anything that you need: Bridesmaids Gifts, Seating Charts, Hangover Kits, you name it, I can do it!

I love to see the happiness that these events bring you. Seeing you happy and smiling at the end of each planning session and day is what drives my passion. I never want you stressing about anything, put it on me! I want to be by your side for your: Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party, Engagement Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, everything!     Samantha Vande Vegte was an absolute dream to work with as our wedding planner. From the very first conversation, her communication style was kind, helpful, clear and detail-oriented, which put us at ease immediately. Samantha paid such close attention to all the little details, and we could tell she was truly invested in making our vision a reality. On the day of our wedding, Samantha made sure everything ran so smoothly that I didn't have to stress at all. She is simply the best, and we are so thankful to have had her help to make our special day perfect.

    Samantha helped my wedding day go perfectly! She was so helpful in the planning process, making sure the events of the day were scheduled properly, and managed the staff in decorating, serving food, etc. she made sure I felt calm and confident on my special day. From bustling my dress before reception to making sure my husband and I had food/drinks waiting for us after pictures, she made our day beautiful and stress free. Thank you so much Samantha!

    Sam was absolutely spectacular in coordinating the reception for our wedding. She went through great lengths to ensure that all the details of the venue (Eden Oaks Ranch) exceeded the vision we had. Sam provided wonderful guidance to build out an appropriate timeline with flexibility for unexpected bumps in the road. She was also fantastic in providing us with shopping lists of supplies we would need to provide for a well-rounded bar selection, which would be enough for our guests to enjoy during the entire event. Sam made sure to coordinate all the vendors and staff like an orchestra, which allowed us to have a great time at our wedding. Overall, Sam has several years of experience in the wedding planning/coordinating industry and she really brought her A-game to show it. My husband and I are truly grateful to have found Sam for our wedding, she is a gem!
