Based in Orange County, CA, CHill Celebrations helps couples complete their big day through their various event planning services. We are dedicated to bringing each client's day-of vision to life. From your rehearsal dinner to your last dance, we will make sure each element of your wedding weekend exceeds your expectations.
After her own wedding, owner Claudia was inspired to give other soon-to-be-weds the same personalized assistance that her coordinator gave her. With her problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail, she will be ready to organize each element of your celebration. She is happy to travel to venues throughout Orange County and can organize events of various sizes.

Arter Wedding
Claudia did an outstanding job at my daughter’s wedding! She was well organized, followed her timeline, had great communication, and made the day of the wedding seamless. We feel very fortunate that we hired Claudia and would highly recommend her to any bride looking for a wedding coordinator.
Most Magical Wedding
Chill Celebrations created such a magical evening for my husband and I. I told Claudia what I was envisioning and she nailed it. She made my life easier on the day of and was always available for my questions and needs leading up to the day. Highly recommend.
Wedding Review
Claudia is the best coordinator that I could have asked for!! She planned my wedding in June of 2025, as the day of coordinator. From the get go, she reached out and planned months before the wedding to ask me for my vision of the wedding. Later, when time was right, she communicated to the venue for me, and reached out to vendors so that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. Even when I had a million questions, she reassured me and pointed me with answers! She planned everything so well and perfectly that I had no stress the day of with the logistics!! She is so organized with everything listed down to the T, and well known with other venue coordinators for how well she executes her events! She really is a professional expertise and I would 100% inexplicably recommend her to anyone planning an event!! No regrets, you will want to hire her to take care of you!!!
Excellent Day of Planner
We hired Claudia as a day of planner. She was super responsive and attentive since they day we hired her. She gave us many recommendations for vendors we ended up using and were super happy with. Many of our vendors let me know that Claudia was in communication with them and they were all aware of the timeline Claudia prepared. On wedding day, we barely saw Claudia (which I assume means she was busy doing her job) but her assistant was there when we needed her and super helpful- I liked her a lot.
