Based in Orange County, CA, CHill Celebrations helps couples complete their big day through their various event planning services. We are dedicated to bringing each client's day-of vision to life. From your rehearsal dinner to your last dance, we will make sure each element of your wedding weekend exceeds your expectations.
After her own wedding, owner Claudia was inspired to give other soon-to-be-weds the same personalized assistance that her coordinator gave her. With her problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail, she will be ready to organize each element of your celebration. She is happy to travel to venues throughout Orange County and can organize events of various sizes.

Thanks a million!
Claudia was amazing to work with. She is extremely detail oriented, calm, and knows the ins and outs of wedding planning and coordination. Claudia came into our planning process later than anticipated, but she picked right up and did not miss a beat. On wedding day, she even knew to close the boxes on our wedding favors (even though we didn't instruct her to). Thanks so much Claudia, and we would not have been able to do it without you!

The Coordinator Every Bride Dreams Of!
If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, stop searching and hire Claudia! She is truly incredible. From the planning process to the wedding day, she was organized, attentive, responsive, and somehow always one step ahead of us. Any time I started to feel overwhelmed or had a “bridal crisis,” Claudia was there to calm me down and immediately find a solution. She made us feel completely taken care of and allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about all the little details. She even had a fan ready for me when I was overheating after dancing way too hard, which pretty much sums up how thoughtful and attentive she is! We truly could not have done our wedding without her. Claudia goes above and beyond in every possible way, and we will forever be grateful that she was such a huge part of our wedding day. Every couple needs a Claudia!

Two Day Wedding!
Claudia and the Chill Events team were absolutely amazing and played such a huge role in making our wedding weekend come together so smoothly. From coordinating all of the moving pieces with our vendors to keeping everything organized and on schedule, we felt like we were in great hands throughout the entire process. On the wedding day especially, Claudia made it possible for us to actually enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about logistics behind the scenes. Everything came together beautifully, and we are incredibly grateful for all of the work, communication, and attention to detail that went into making our day so special. We would absolutely recommend Claudia and Chill Events to anyone planning a wedding!

BOOK HER!!!
Please just go ahead and book Claudia for your wedding coordinator. I can not emphasize how lucky we were to find Claudia for our wedding. If my wife and I could do it all again, we would hire Claudia each time. We honestly would have struggled without her expertise and experience. Claudia made it so easy for us to plan our wedding. Because we were from out of state, there were going to be some difficulties with planning but she did so well to make sure we were on top of things. Her services went above and beyond in my opinion. We hired Claudia about 8 months before our wedding. She started us off by creating a detailed timeline for the planning and did frequent checks to make sure we were still in the right direction. As the wedding date got closer, Claudia would reach out and make sure we were finishing things on time. We never had any trouble contacting her and she was always on top of answering our questions. The day of our wedding went sooo smoothly, I really have to thank Claudia again. Any issues or concerns that came up, Claudia was quick to let us know and give us options. For any additional requests we had, Claudia was able to accommodate and talk to our vendors for us. The wedding coordinator is such a crucial step and important role in planning for a wedding. We gave our full trust in Claudia and had the best night of our lives. Absolute 10/10. Thank you again so much Claudia!
