From your rehearsal dinner to your last dance, we will make sure each element of your wedding weekend exceeds your expectations.
After her own wedding, owner Claudia was inspired to give other soon-to-be-weds the same personalized assistance that her coordinator gave her. With her problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail, she will be ready to organize each element of your celebration. She is happy to travel to venues throughout Orange County and can organize events of various sizes.

I can't image our wedding without our coordinator
We are beyond grateful that we had Claudia and her team coordinating our wedding day. From our very first email exchange, I knew Claudia would be the perfect fit for us. She mentioned that she had worked at our venue before and had even lived nearby, which immediately gave us confidence in her experience. We booked her about a year before our wedding, and throughout the planning process she checked in with helpful guidance on what we should be focusing on at each stage of our timeline. She provided a list of vendors we would need and recommended several trusted vendors she regularly works with. We ended up booking the florist she recommended, and they did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. Claudia was professional, organized, and incredibly thorough in every conversation we had. She was also amazingly responsive to texts and emails, which made the planning process so much less stressful. When she noticed how much we loved the rattan chargers but didn't want to pay the catering company's rental price, she sent us recommendations for similar ones we could purchase ourselves at a much more budget-friendly price. As the wedding approached, she reached out to all of our vendors to coordinate setup, start, and end times, and she gathered all of the insurance documentation required by our venue, something I was so thankful I didn't have to worry about myself. Claudia was also incredibly helpful during our rehearsal, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with the ceremony processional. She even helped our first-time officiant (my husband’s brother) by suggesting a few cues for his script and sharing microphone tips that made a huge difference, details we never would have thought of on our own. On the wedding day, our live musicians had a misunderstanding about where they were supposed to perform. Claudia stepped in immediately, ensured they honored the terms of their contract, and resolved the issue without us ever needing to get involved. Her expertise and experience truly showed in every aspect of the wedding, and they played such an important role in making the day run so smoothly. Beyond that, Claudia was simply a joy to work with. She made us feel genuinely cared for, and it was clear that she wanted our wedding to be as perfect as we did. I would 1000% recommend CHill Celebrations to anyone planning a wedding. Having Claudia by our side was absolutely invaluable, and I can't imagine our wedding day without her.

Exceptional Planner
Working with Claudia from Chill Celebration was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. She went above and beyond in every possible way, handling each detail with such professionalism, kindness, and grace. Even on an exceptionally hot day, she thoughtfully prepared goody bags with cold water and snacks for all the vendors—a gesture that truly showed how much she cares for everyone involved. Her calm, warm, and reassuring personality made the entire day feel effortless. She was organized, attentive, easy to communicate with, and always one step ahead. It is rare to meet someone who combines exceptional professionalism with such genuine thoughtfulness. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Any couple would be incredibly fortunate to have her planning and overseeing their special day!

Amazing and organized
Both Claudia and Deanna were amazing. We got the coordination package, but in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, they were essential in our planning process. We relied so much on them. They answered so many of our questions, and brought up all the small details that we might have missed without their expertise. On the day of our wedding, we had Deanna who was perfect. Everything went so well, and my husband and I didn't have to deal with anything on the day because Deanna took care of any issues that came up. The only things that myself and my husband had to do were get married and have fun! She took care of everything else. She knew exactly what our vision was and executed it so so well. Thank you guys!

Just do it!!! Book her before it’s too late!
We found Chill Celebrations on Instagram and couldn't be happier with that decision. From our first conversation, the planner was quick to respond and always available when we needed her, which made the entire process feel so much less stressful. Her attention to detail and organized approach meant I could focus on enjoying our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. (There were days I called her with last minute changes, even on our wedding day!) She handled every aspect of our wedding day with such ease and calm that we felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Honestly, I didn't have to think about anything but myself and my partner, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. There were so many things she did behind the scenes to make our night beautiful and executed it! If you're looking for a planner who is both professional and genuinely chill, Chill Celebrations is the real deal.

Claudia is the best
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Claudia and her team at CHill Celebrations. I am sure she would be wonderful at any venue but my husband I worked with her at Ebell Santa Ana for her coordination package and florals. Throughout the whole process, she was extremely responsive, decisive, and calm. Claudia is clear and direct, which is exactly what an indecisive bride needs. She was interested in my vision and made them all happen the best way possible, while balancing against the rules and regulations of the venue. She was very detail oriented the day of the rehearsal. She knows Ebell Santa Ana inside and out and has worked extensively with Colette's Catering (the staff all know and love her). She has the perfect personality for this job. My whole wedding party commented on what a great job she did. Thank you Claudia!!!
