KURO Creative House (formerly Hereafter Films) is a wedding production house of talented videographers & photographers serving Central Texas & the Pacific Northwest. Throw out the stress of formulaic & performative weddings. Customizable coverage based on our hourly rate for intimate weddings or elopements of 50 or less local to Austin, Texas or Portland, OR. First hour is $1200 and each additional hour is $800. Everything we wanted in a wedding video.
We cannot recommend KURO Creative House enough. This review is long overdue but we couldn’t be happier with our wedding video and our experience working with them (formerly Hereafter Films). When we were deciding if we wanted a wedding video, we initially came to the decision that they were all a bit too cheesy or formulaic for our tastes. We consider ourselves sentimental but not sappy, and weren’t about to book a cinematic-style videographer since we didn’t care to have a faux movie trailer. We actually didn’t find any other videographers that resonated with us, even briefly looking outside of Texas, so we were planning to forgo video since we didn’t want to spend money on a product we weren’t excited about. Then we found KURO Creative House. Like others, we initially considered videography an “extra” when making our budget, but once we saw their work, we knew we had to prioritize it, if we were lucky enough for them to be available for our date. I never loved that seemingly all wedding vendors use the term “investment” in lieu of “pricing” on their materials, but the term is befitting of their work. It truly was one of the best investments we made for our wedding, and we absolutely adore and cherish our video. (Just a note that photography wasn’t an offering at the time we booked, but they have photo/video packages now!) Aside from their incredible work, which speaks for itself, one thing we were drawn to when reading about their shooting style was their use of the phrase “90% fly on the wall” — and they really were just that. I’ve been to several weddings since ours and it made me realize how much I hardly remember seeing Ryan & Sharayah the whole day?! As introverts, their noninvasive style and their chill, calming presence was key for us being able to feel relaxed enough to enjoy our day. If you’re on the fence, book them while your date is still available! Go check out their work on their Vimeo (linked in the footer of their website) and see for yourself. But get the tissue box ready, because all of their films are so touching and authentic and completely unique.
Amazing videography team!
Sharayah & Ryan were so great to work with for our wedding weekend and produced such a beautiful wedding video for us. They did a great job of capturing the looks and atmosphere of each event, all while putting us at ease. Our families and friends are completely obsessed with our wedding highlights video. They can really do it all and definitely recommend working with them for all of your wedding videography needs!

Sharayah & Ryan are unbelievably talented, professional, punctual and the team of videographers you would 100% want shooting your most special day! They possess this unique talent to capture all of your special moments in an incredibly organic way. There were times we didn't even realize they were shooting and these were the money shots! When we first viewed our Highlight Film created and edited by Hereafter Films we were speechless! In 8 minutes they were able to capture an entire day of events so beautifully that we could not stop watching, re-watching and sharing with all family and friends. The best investment on your big day
When my fiancé and I were searching for wedding vendors, Hereafter Films stuck out to us. I immediately looked at their Instagram feed and their website and I was in awe of the quality of their work. You can clearly see how much love they pour into their brand and every video I watched made me feel all sorts of emotions. We met up with Sharayah and Ryan (pre-pandemic) to get to know them and we were so impressed with how in sync they are. They genuinely want to know your vibe, your relationship, and what you want captured on your wedding day. We wanted our video to feel genuine and intentional, not posed and stiff. It wasn't until I saw our wedding video that I extremely appreciated the time they took listening to our needs because they checked every. single. box. They captured every raw emotion we felt and so many small details we didn't see day of because everything moved so fast. Sharayah and Ryan were so easy to work with day of, they made sure we felt relaxed and unposed! They were everywhere but simultaneously they weren't in the way. We were so impressed with how well they worked with our photographers as well, they made an amazing team! We'll cherish our highlight and heirloom videos for years to come. We'll be watching them over and over again reliving the best day of our lives.
