Hello! My name is Katya! I am thrilled you are interested in choosing me to document your special day! I believe that choosing a wedding photographer is about more than just hiring someone with a camera to document your day. Your wedding photographer should be someone who inspires you, and someone who eases wedding day jitters. And, hopefully someone who eventually becomes a friend. I'm excited to give you a little tour so you can learn more about me - the process of working together - and my wedding collections!

In my heart of hearts, I'm an outdoor lover and adventure seeker, as long as my best friend and love of my life, William and our two kiddos are by my side. I'm most at home in the mountains or by the ocean, am rarely seen without a blanket wrapped around me, feel happiest around a firepit, and in LOVE with our family road trips! At my core - I'm multi-passionate and a true visionary. But the one thing that has stood the test of time is my deep love for photography - any time the camera is in my hand I feel at home, and I cannot wait to tell YOUR story and meet you oh-so-soon!

    Katya, a talented photographer with great style!

    Katya was so amazing to work with! She was so efficient, kind, and took gorgeous photos! The spot she took us in Farragut had a beautiful background and was perfect! The photos turned out so beautiful and were everything we were hoping for! I got married at a church, and so the lighting was difficult, but Katya still managed to take great photos inside as well! Thank you Katya, for doing such a wonderful job!

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-9 weeks after your wedding. I love sending sneak peaks soon after the wedding though!
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
