About Jerome Pollos Photography

Jerome Pollos Photography

Owner/Photographer

I am an award-winning photojournalist specializing in local and destination weddings for clients who love timeless, candid moments. With more than two decades of experience as a professional photojournalist, I have won numerous awards for my documentary photography work. This experience enables me to capture amazing moments with my camera in the most difficult of situations. My attention to detail, focus on collaboration with couples, and outgoing personality lend to an experience my clients rave about to their friends, family and in their testimonials.

I believe that wedding photography has to be a collaboration. There has to be an understanding of wants, needs, and expectations to help capture a unique story for each wedding. This is why with every couple, we do a complete consultation to dive into the details that'll make your wedding unique and allow for me to capture those storytelling images.

Description

After doing weddings for the past 16 years, I've found out that packages don't work. Every couple wants something different. This is why we build a custom collection for each wedding so you're only getting what you want and need, and nothing extra. This collection is an example of how most couples build their custom collections.

    Capturing Life

Jerome is one of my favorite photographers to work with. Not only is he a blast to be around but he is absolutely amazing at capturing real life. He captures real human interaction, real human emotion and real heart of people. Also, to top it off, his images are beautiful and full of color.

Typically, couples book me about 18 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame as venues, photographers and DJs book the earliest.
I want all of your wedding images to be ready to show off to your family and friends whether that's online or in print. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, sharpness, and blemish removal to ensure they look beautiful.
My turnaround time varies. Because I'm providing fully retouched images, and not just color correcting and filtering, it takes a little longer than most photographers. For weddings three hours or less, it's a 30-day turnaround. With wedding four hours or more, the turnaround is 45 days. A download link for the images will be delivered via email and your wedding images will be hosted online for an entire year.
Of course. Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll have my agent send the document over to them.
In the 300+ weddings I've been hired for, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues who are all seasoned wedding photographers who I know and trust.
I work with couples to determine how many days I will need to be at the location. Once that's figured out, I'll either send an invoice for the travel fees. I also work with couples who want to use any credit card/travel points they have to pay for the airfare and hotel and then invoice only the per diem and rental car fee.
