I am a wedding and elopement photographer based in Seattle, Washington. With over 5 years of shooting weddings in Southern California, I bring a creative, professional and relaxed approach to help treasure each moment on your special day.
When working with me, I will help guide your wedding planning to make sure we shoot during the best times of the day for the best photos possible. I am extremely well versed in shooting film, by getting to include capturing your day on medium format and 35mm film I can help preserve those memories in the most natural way possible. Elopements - Film and Digital

Off-peak pricing $350
For those getting married in the mountains, at the court house or in their backyard. This option caters to an hourly charge rate of $350 per hour with a 3 hour minimum, this option works great for any small celebrations when photos of the bride and groom are the sole focus. This option does not apply to weddings. Elopements are available to take place in remote areas, hiking and backpacking welcome! Wedding must have less than 15 guests.

Doug was great to work with
From the day we contacted Doug he was willing to go out of his way to help us with making sure our timeline was setup to maximize the best possible photos while not feeling overwhelmed by them all day. He was flexible with adjusting to us running behind and did his best to keep us on time by shuffling things around mid day. Not to mention his turnaround time is about half of what most people work with. I would highly recommend working with Doug, having a photographer that enjoys the day with us was so much fun.

Doug was such a good choice!! We were trying to find a photographer to be there for our elopement, he shot mainly on film and the photos came out absolutely perfect. His work is truly special and deserves much more notice, his film work is so nostalgic and beautiful! He was great with making sure we hiked at a good time and made it to the best spot for photos. He was patient with taking photos of us in both hiking outfits as well as our wedding attire that we brought with us, we are so excited to work again with him in the future for anything else life throws at us!

I worked with Doug at a wedding as the day of planner. Doug was great with having his shot list organized and sent over to me to help keep things accountable. He even offered to have a pre-wedding meeting to ensure we were on the same page and could work together seamlessly throughout the day.
