We loved working with Evergreen Meadows. We knew from the day that we toured the venue that we would be getting married there. We loved the location for out-of-town guests -- it wasn't too far from the airport and had a lot of hotel options nearby. We were able to reach out for any questions that we had and they were very responsive. We had our day of coordinator with Love Blooms and it was seamless because they knew so much about the venue already. We loved the getting ready rooms and all the space that our guests had to be able to spend time together.

Woodinville Lavender is not only beautiful but the owner Tom made it so easy to plan and enjoy our special day. He is very detail oriented, calm, and accommodating. For example, our catering wasn't able to get ice and Tom had some bags in his freezer chest which he allowed us to use. He allowed us to drop majority of the décor the day before during our rehearsal which was a huge help. On our wedding day, I saw him in the corner of my eye wiping the dance floor so guests don't slip from the bubbles from bubble gun, brought out heat lamps when the night got cold without us even asking, rescheduled our wedding date for free when quarantine policy was implemented for int'l travelers, which prevented half of our guests from coming, made sure we were charged the cheaper Redmond tax rate with our catering, made exception allowing rentals to be picked up the day after our wedding so we don't get charged $500 for late night pick up, and more. Tom has done an impeccable job keeping the venue so beautiful but how much he cares and helps is the real reason why this venue is so worth it. I was stress free and actually had a blast on my wedding day. I'm so grateful to Tom and would recommend this venue to anyone.

Venue considerations

We hosted our wedding celebration at Parties on the Terrace this past September and it was the perfect venue for us! We wanted to find somewhere that we could leverage a more laid-back atmosphere and lean in on the natural features the venue provided. Patti was easy and great to work with on all the details. Very easy to get a hold of prior to and post the event. The inclusion of some items other venues would ask you to pay for made it affordable in the realm of venues (included shuttles from offsite parking, tables, chairs, cafe lights, etc) The venue was in bloom, and it felt like you were in a secret garden, couldn't have asked for a better day!

We are local to the area, but for our wedding weekend we wanted a special place where we could gather with family and friends who had traveled from all over the country. Choosing Woodinville Wonderland ended up being one of the best decisions we made....truly setting the tone for what became the most incredible weekend of our lives. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away. The property is nothing short of magical, both inside and out. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for hosting, but what truly sets it apart are the grounds. The gardens feel endless, the landscaping is absolutely magnificent, and everywhere you turn feels thoughtfully designed and serene. You really do feel like you’ve stepped into a wonderland—there’s no better way to describe it. Had we known, we would have chosen to have our entire celebration here without hesitation. Our host Rachel was, without question, the most accommodating host I’ve ever experienced. I won’t even begin to list everything she helped with because I don’t want to set unrealistic expectations—but I will say she went above and beyond in every possible way. Our guests were in awe all weekend long, and it gave us such a meaningful place to spend quality time together before and after the wedding. We made memories here that we’ll cherish forever. We cannot recommend Woodinville Wonderland Villa enough—it is truly a one-of-a-kind property that made an already special weekend completely unforgettable.

Brides, you want someone who knows your space when you get to planning final details like where should the bar, photo booth, etc. go. My now husband and I were also planning this wedding from Washington DC with a limited amount of time in Seattle to come onsite to complete venue walk throughs and final tastings. The Venue Manager always accommodated us, coming in on Sunday to do our final walk through. I am so relieved to say our day went perfectly as planned - not a single thing went wrong. I would highly recommend Columbia for their wine and their beautiful space, but even more emphatically because of the Venue's Manager.

Lisa Blair at Hilton Bellevue was great with communicating with us in a timely manner with updates and answers to our questions. The venue was BEAUTIFUL. We rented the SkyView room and loved the chandeliers on the ceiling and enjoyed our ceremony and reception there. Lisa and her team did an amazing job with working with a last minute change in timing for when food gets served. Our ceremony was estimated to end within an hour but we ended about 15-20 minutes early. We also want to shout out Mel, Ron, and Earnie for serving us on our big day! You all did an amazing job! As a catering company it is refreshing that the UWBG is run by gracious people that have been well trained enough to understand their clients needs as well as what it takes to run an amazing event balancing everything from client & vendor needs, flow of an event, layout... they just get it! The entire planning process was so easy thanks to their coordination, the food was DELICIOUS (and on our wedding day it was even better than the tasting!) and the in-house florals were stunning. And what a beautiful venue! Get married here!!!! (Photos by Into Dust Photography)
