All wedding rental include: • Ceremony and reception venues for eight hours • House event chairs, round tables for reception • House linens, china, cutlery, and glassware • Three complimentary candle votives per table • Dance floor • Extra tables for your guestbook, gifts, place cards, and cake • Accommodations include a bridal suite and for May through October weddings, three guestrooms
You have access to the event venue for a total of eight hours, including two hours of set-up, two hours of breakdown, and four hours of event time. If you or your vendors require additional set-up time, please speak with your Sales & Event contact.
Upon selection of your wedding date and event space, a contract will be prepared by your Sales & Events contact. A non-refundable initial deposit and signed contract are required to confirm your wedding date. Your event must be paid in full prior to your wedding date, per the individualized deposit schedule detailed in your contract.
The food, beverage, and miscellaneous prices quoted are subject to a 22% service charge and applicable Washington state sales tax, currently at 9.8%. Service charge and taxes do not contribute to your food and beverage minimum.
Several options are available to secure onsite accommodations for your guests. Please speak with your Sales & Events contact for more information.
Included in your wedding rental fee is a bridal suite and three guestrooms that you may use for you and your wedding party for getting ready.
For outside vendors, a certificate of liability insurance is required. A liability release waiver will be sent to all vendors for signature prior to arrival on property. No outside food and beverage is allowed.

Yes, on-site parking is available.
You are provided an arbor, your choice of basic linen colors for tablecloths and napkins. Hotel Indigo offers three votive candles for each guest table. You may bring in décor to personalize the venue for your special day. Hanging or staging of décor and specialty lighting, specialty linens, chair covers, chargers, and other décor items can be rented for additional fees.
Hotel Indigo provides three complimentary votive candles for your reception tables. You can provide additional candles for your event space. Adhering to fire regulations, all candles must be in a holder or votive glass that extends at least one inch above the flame. Taper candles are not permitted.
Hotel Indigo does not provide wedding cakes. The cake cutting fee is complimentary in our wedding packages. If you are interested in something non-traditional for your wedding dessert, please inquire with your Sales & Event contact.
You will coordinate with your Sales & Event contact to schedule a one hour ceremony rehearsal for you and your wedding party. Rehearsals are based on availability. Time and space are confirmed up to two weeks prior to your wedding date.
• Contract & secure your event space, date, and guestroom blocks • Arrange & collect all deposits • Facilitate planning process for venue details, including menu selection, floor plan and set-up requests, rentals, and timeline planning • Prepare an Event Order detailing the specifics of the event and collect all final charges • Act as the onsite liaison between the Hotel and event operations team
We do not provide a dedicated day-of wedding planner. We are happy to refer you to local planners. This individual would be responsible for: • Provide rehearsal & ceremony coordination • Design and set-up of items like place cards, menus, and all tabletop or additional décor not provided by the hotel • Act as a liaison and main point of contact for the venue, and handling all vendor communication
