About this venue

Located in the foothills of the Cascades mountains above beautiful Skykomish Valley, our golf course was originally built in the 1900s as Blue Boy Ranch, a successful thoroughbred training facility. The ranch was converted into a golf course in 1992, and we have since grown to be one of the most popular courses in the area. The golf course is named after the pig in the movie “State Fair”.

Romantic atmosphere

The beautiful garden is the ideal location for your outdoor ceremony. A stone walkway leads the bridal party to the custom elevated arch surrounded by beautiful trees and an immaculately groomed green. This space is also ideal for a summer-tented wedding ceremony and reception (rental at Blue Boy West doesn’t include a portable tent). This space is also ideal for corporate picnics, class reunions, and family reunions.

    Ernie and Angie were so helpful and responsive! Whenever we had a question they got back to us so quickly, and they let us visit the venue multiple times before the day of for planning purposes. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. If you are looking for a perfect outdoor summer wedding this is the place.
